I’ve also picked out pillows at a department store where I could feel the loft and firmness of the pillows in person. Ordering these online seemed like a gamble. These are wonderful. I had no adjustment to using them at all and slept so well. They are not flat like a pancake, but the loft cushions your head without puffing up too much on each side. They come decompressed. I just fluffed them up with my hands and left them overnight. Great for allergies, too, because no feathers or latex. I am so pleased with this purchase. They are also much cheaper than any pillow I have ever purchased.

At first when I opened the box I was so disappointed. The pillows seemed thin and not comfortable. It says to let sit for 24 hours before using and I did . After 24 hours I still felt they were to thin. But once I played down I sunk into the pillows and have never slept so good ! These are the best pillows I have ever owned

Yes, okay, so I HAVE been sleeping on really flat pillows that came with an apartment I moved into for longer than I’d like to admit, but I honestly am in love with these pillows.
I’ve just gotten into bed and had the beautiful moment of laying my head on them after a long day and I sank so beautifully into them I decided I would need more alarms than normal tomorrow to claw me out of the beautiful sleep I know I’m about to have.
I hadn’t realized that there are two pillows in each box, and so instead of 4 I actually ordered 8. What I thought was a problem is now simply a blessing. I have EIGHT OF THESE PILLOWS ON MY BED.
If you’re considering buying them definitely do! But eight is definitely too many for one bed, so I would recommend only getting your desired amount.

These pillows are awesome and very comfy, but be aware they are definitely full! I’ve had them for a few months now and they haven’t lost their shape at all, but they’re very tight fitting in both queen and king size pillow cases, they don’t look odd though don’t worry lol. Just tight. It’s crazy how small they come, they’re vacuum sealed but once you cut them out of their packaging only takes about 15 min for them to fluff up 🙂

I thought I had ordered the medium firmness, but it was actually the soft. I wish Amazon specified better when checking out about which options you selected. Had I selected the correct firmness my stars would be higher, but for a soft pillow, these did feel like they had less support than I’d expect from them. But again, that isn’t my preference so I have little experience to compare similar pillows to this one.
For someone who wants very little to no firmness (basically flat when you lay on it) the soft is perfect for you. I like to have support, but not super firm, so medium is what I will try next.
Packaging:
The pillows come vacuum deflated in a big plastic case that is then rolled & taped together & stuffed inside a mesh zip bag (waste of material if you ask me, the tape job was more than enough packaging).
After packaging:
Make sure you gently fluff & shake your pillows once unwrapped. You want it to begin expanding & can take up to 24hrs to expand.
Material:
The external fabric of the pillow is soft but not cheap & thin. Definitely ideal quality for a pillow.
Smell:
They did not have a smell when I took them out or when I smelled the pillows.
