Immediately was shocked at how much more hair and dust this picked up compared to the previous vacuum. Bagless means always handy and no added expenses. Very pleased!

The vacuum itself is awesome .. the suction power is unparallel. I had another Bissel from back in 2018, which itself is pretty good. After vacuuming the carpet with that one, i used the new one – and i still could see significant dirt captured in the cannister.
What buffled me is : the fault design. In earlier Bissel, you would have the ON-OFF button on the handle. So you hold and using the same hand, you could turn it on and Off. But this one :: the On-Off button is on the bottom. You need to now use your foot to do it – requiring you to use additional limbs as opposed to having everything on hand reach.
Next Fault is : the cable hole location. In earlier models, you would roll out / in the cable from back side. So as you are vacuuming and walking, you could just pull with your hand (and sometimes, no pull was needed, as you walk, the stretch on the cable would pull cables out automatically). But this one has cable hole on the SIDE. it is VERY inconvenient to pull cable out as you are vacuuming and walking.
Poeple improve things for the better. Keep what’s working good as it is and make it better. Not change a perfect design just to ‘give a new flavor’ for no reason ..

Pros: This Bissell vacuum is strong, lightweight, and gets closer to the edge/wall than any other vacuum Iโve ever had. The vacuum swivels beautifully. It has 5 settings for different types of floors. The beater bar continues to spin on the bare floor setting. It assembles easily and emptying and cleaning the dust cup and filters are a breeze. The retractable cord is great!
Cons: there is no headlight, and you have to bend down and turn a knob on the base in order to change the settings. Itโs a bit harder to push than my Shark was.

I’ve been using cordless vaccuums for a long time and felt like my vacuum wasn’t cleaning very well so I started searching for a new one. After a few trials, I still wasn’t finding a cordless option with the suction power I wanted so I decided to try this corded vaccuum.
Pros of Corded Vacuum
– I was shocked at how much dust and dog hair this thing picked up. I’d vacuumed with the cordless just yesterday and there was clearly a lot that wasn’t picked up. It even sucked up dog toy fluff that the cordless was unable to pick up.
– Easy to maneuver
– Cord is super long so I can vacuum the entire hallway and two rooms by plugging it into one outlet
– You can see how much dust/dirt you’re picking up. Again, shocking.
– Never having to worry about the battery dying
– Never having to worry about charging it
– Huge dustbin that I only have to empty once after cleaning the whole house
– Much less expensive
– Actually picked up dog hair off my couch as well
– Has 5 suction levels. I’ve only used the 3rd level and that was more than enough.
Cons to corded vaccuum
– Heavier and larger in size
– Louder than cordless
– Plugging it in and maneuvering around the cord can be annoying.
– Can’t get into tight spaces so have to use an attachment for that
There are some pros to cordless, but after seeing how much dust and debris was left behind by using this more powerful vacuum, I’ve decided that the cordless vacuum isn’t strong enough for my needs. I’m excited to use this one!

I love the strong suction especially since I have two German Shepherd dogs who shed like crazy. I also have oriental rugs and carpets . This vacuum really deep cleans without damaging my antique carpets.
It is also light in the hand and agile. Definitely recommend.

My Kenmore finally bit the dust and I was only half done vacuuming. Bought this because I do like Bissell for cleaning up after pets in hand helds….holy cannoli. Easy to put together and I just went over the living room (that was done 2 days before)….the canister had so much dirt in it I was shocked. While I at first went “ewwww”, I then thought well it’s clean now LOL. Obviously really good on carpets getting out all the dust and crap left over from my old vacuum. As someone else mentioned, the carpet is now a different colour….amazing. Worth it!!!!

I recently purchased the BISSELL CleanView Swivel Pet Upright Bagless Vacuum, and it has been a game-changer in our household, which includes five dogs and one cat. The powerful pet hair pickup is truly impressive, effortlessly removing fur from carpets and upholstery. The automatic cord rewind feature adds convenience, and the 27-foot cord length allows me to clean large areas without constantly switching outlets. The large dirt tank means fewer trips to empty it, which is a definite plus.
While the vacuum excels on floors, the only drawback is that when using the hose for upholstery, it doesnโt extend very far. However, the specialized tools, like the pet hair corner tool and pet turbo eraser tool, make up for this limitation by providing thorough cleaning in difficult-to-reach spots.
Overall, this vacuum has made keeping our home clean with so many pets much easier. Highly recommended for its powerful suction, ease of use, and efficient pet hair removal.

This is the best vacuum cleaner I have ever used. We have a long haired cat that sheds. We also have a lab and a short haired cat. This vacuum picked up it all on the carpet. My other vacuum didn’t touch the long hair from the cat. It works on all flooring. I think it’s pretty lightweight and moves around corners easily. No problems at all with clogging which i am shocked about. Especially with the amount of hair it picks up. It’s easy to clean out also. This is well worth the money.

I have had my fair share of vacuum over the years including a Dyson and let me tell you this Bissell is by far the best in suction, performance and ease of use most vacuums when turned on take a lot of back muscle but this one just glides with a light touch. If anyone is looking for a vacuum for pet hair or just out right needing a new one this one is buy far the best one for the buck.
