The pictured item is not what you get. The clips provided do not fit. The pads do fit however but are not the same as the OEM that are on the car.
A different part #appears on the box as well as the original. No explanation as to the reason for the substitution.
Would have been nice to have new clips. Luckily I was able to refurb the old ones. Not certain if you can find these anywhere else if you need them. So check first if yours are reusable. Not that impressed with Bosch! The second picture shows the proper clips which are hard to find seperately. The correct pads and clips can be found on rockauto.com for even a better price. Very dissapointed with this purchase from amazon.

Once in a while, a little squeak. Lubed heat shields and pivots with way more than normal as I read you should do. Usually hear it in reverse. No big deal though. Not annoying enough to redo. Only happened once or twice in forward. Only been installed going on 3 weeks now too.
Would certainly buy again.

I’ve done several brake jobs in the past and I never had as much trouble as I did these brakes. The hardware was really hard to get on and the ends of the brakes that went into the hardware was extremely tight. I was lucky I have a neighbor that knew to try and file down the ends a little bit to loosen the fit slightly. However, they were very quiet brakes so if Bosch fixes the casting issues, I would consider buying again.

These brakes are wonderful. I know brakes aren’t that exciting but they have made my driving experience even better. They’re quiet, stop quickly, and have a lot of ceramic material to last longer than most. They’re worth the extra few bucks

This is the second axle with Bosch brakepasds. So quiet when i used with the Bosch quietcast rorors. Not sure how the set performs when you use with other rotors, but i am completely happy with them. I have gone on long trips, short trips, and there is perfect stopping with no squeaks or problems braking. WOW.

Very easy to install. No issues with fitting brackets or pads into caliber. Greased the brackets well. Super quiet. No noise what so ever. Very grippy. Much better than the original break pads. Happy with product.

GREAT price on these. No problems at all. Protip – use WAY more grease on the hardware and metal contact surfaces than you think you’ll ever need. I didn’t the first time, and they immediately squealed the first time I slowed down. I took them out and applied extra grease, and they’re smooth as silk.
(I don’t need to qualify this, but I’m going to anyway – grease the backs, the metal hardware, and any surface they touch on the caliper. DO NOT LET ANY GREASE TOUCH THE BRAKE SURFACE.) =)
