I mistakenly purchased this item without realizing it wasn’t a soundbar just an external tv speaker “bar” not for movie experience. Again my mistake I went to return it but was informed by the seller Adroma that I would have to pay for shopping and it was not refundable. The package comes in two separate boxes and one is slightly heavy so shipping would be more due to the weight and the fact that it’s not refundable is wrong. I’m sure the system sounds good if I opened the box but I literally got it and requested a return within 5 min. Seller needs to cover the return other than that it was ok not great.

Product for less than 60 days and now doesn’t work. I would not recommend buying this. Now can’t troubleshoot or use! And I am a normal purchaser of Bose equipment. Zero stars

I set it up to my tv for in order to get it to work you need to download Bose surround to your phone in order to get wireless to work once do that it gets easier hopefully this will help some one to understand how it works because it takes some time to figure it out but once you do you’re gonna love it. It one great sound I was wowed when I finally got it lol Work as it was supposed to and fast delivery to. And I love it has great sound amazing sound so amazing that I ordered The satellite speakers, and a subwoofer the whole set sounds amazing. It’s a little involved to set up because you have to download both the app and music app to your phone in order to get the system to work right and like you want it because you can do tweaks and certain stuff with that I’ve heard people say that they couldn’t get it to work right or it didn’t work right it. but will just take your time and understand what you’re doing and reading and you will be fine. And you will love it too. Good luck 😊
