La cámara delantera es bastante aceptable, adjunto captura de video nocturno en carretera sin iluminación. El IA del ADA bastante mejorable, no detecta a todos los peatones que están cercanos a la carretera.quizás el problema lo tenga al no disponer de filtros polarizado y los reflejos del cristal que se ven sobre el cristal ó que la calibración del sistema no es optimo. La cámara trasera no es tan buena como la delantera, es una pena que no sean iguales.Utilizo la cámara con una powerbank,es la mejor opción, debido a que la cámara no cuenta con batería propia y te olvidas de los típicos problemas típicos de mal contacto por el mechero (he leído a usuarios que se quejan que la cámara se les apaga y enciende y seguramente sea por ese motivo). También es cómodo para dejar en modo estacionamiento y no tener problemas con la batería del coche.No utilizo la aplicación, es más cómodo ver los videos en un ordenador, atraves de la aplicación se ve a saltos, pero en el ordenador se ve sin problemas. Las imágenes en directo a través de la aplicación, tanto delantera como trasera tiene un pequeño lag, por lo que no es posible utilizarla como cámara de aparcamiento, lo cual es una pena. Para mi es una compra acertada y recomendable, cumple con lo que promete.

I received my dash cam on a Tuesday and installed it instantly. I’m so glad I did since the day after on Wednesday, I was rear ended. The other party said that I braked checked them and tried to say that it was my fault; however, when I showed my dash camera from both the front and rear, it showed that I was at a complete stop when they hit me. As a result, this has made my life much easier dealing with insurance and police reports as I have undeniable evidence. The quality is absolutely amazing. The camera clarity is amazing as well since I was able to read their license plate after the accident. It was very easy to use and very fast. The included cords makes it super easy to tuck the wires and reach around my truck (I have a 2020 Ram Mega Cab, which is massive). Since this accident at least 4 of my friends have purchased this exact dash camera for their safety.

Before I review I made sure I can use that product for at least 3 months without any issue. Last four months I have been using this product, I can simply say this is a great piece of add on you must have if you drive to protect you from bad drivers. This not only records your front end cars but also your back end which is extra protection. It comes with very good user manual and nice a nice box. I could not upload my video review where I did show the recording quality of this product is superb. The provided Botslab app is good I wont say flawless but it is much better than few I have used. You can review your recorded video which include many details of the trip including your speed of the driving.

-You can save it on your phone directly when you connect it through the bluetooth in the botslab app
-Rear camera is pretty solid.

Don’t get me wrong, I think it is a great quality product, my concern is about the ADAS, sometimes it works sometimes it has a delay, it works great, It is a great replacement for my old dash camera.

The dashcam front and rear captures videos in great quality. Front in 4K and rear 1080p. During nighttime the front can capture number plates and vehicles clearly, rear cam can capture, but not as excellent as the front cam. But it does way better than competitors so overall quality of images/video is great.
The mobile app is easy to use, ADAS features work as intended. “Aggressive cornering” alert is very sensitive so I turned it off. Videos download quick to the mobile device as well.
Build quality is excellent, and doesn’t look cheap and “pasticky” and definitely not chunky so looks good once set up.
Cable length is enough, and I was able to set it up on my BMW. I bought a obd adapter separately to keep the dash cam running continuously once car is off.
Already recommended this to some friends as well. Can’t go wrong.

BOTSLAB Dual Channel (Front 4K & Rear 1080p) Dashcam Review.
The presentation of this dashcam exudes premium. The accessories were neatly packaged in boxes and the unboxing experience was similar to getting a new high-end phone.
The main forward dashcam has some heft and does not feel cheaply made. The view screen is small and provides some detail. Users will see much more detail when recorded footage is downloaded to a phone or a computer.
The 170° wide-angle 4K (25 fps) dashcam lens captures detail in daylight and nighttime but lacks optical image stabilization. When your vehicle is stopped at a traffic light, the dashcam can capture license plates from a distance of half a car’s length. This is also ideal when parked in a parking lot. The rear 1080p (60 fps) camera captures sufficient detail in daylight and at night.
However, when your vehicle is in motion, the dash cam turns oncoming licence plates into an indistinguishable blur. Minus the licence plate issue, your surroundings are captured in stunning detail. If an incident occurs, this dash cam will record it.
A minor nitpick is that a green LED on the left side of the device blinks while recording. I covered the LED with a small piece of black electrical tape. The dash cam alerts users (by computerized voice) that it still records when the viewscreen turns off. The same ‘voice’ is used for the dash cam’s ADAS system alerting the driver to pedestrians, lane deviation, hard braking, aggressive driving and when the vehicle ahead of you starts moving. GPS logging and tracking at this price point is unheard of and is usually associated with higher-end model dashcams.
The spoken ADAS prompts can be configured through the Botslab app.
The supercapacitor is preferred over a lithium-ion battery. In past experiences, the supercapacitor endured extreme hot and cold temperatures. There is mention of a lithium-ion battery in the product description. The battery is likely used to keep the dashcam’s time and date.
For 24/7 parking and sentry monitoring, you will need a hard-wire kit. I tried the cigarette lighter/power outlet adapter method first. When the adapter is plugged into an outlet that provides constant power, this will drain the vehicle battery over time. The hard wire kit resolves this problem.
There are two options available. The first option is a kit that hard-wires the dash cam to your vehicle’s fuse panel. This allows the dash cam to go into parking/sentry mode. The kit includes an inline voltage regulator that automatically turns the dash cam off to avoid battery drainage. Some voltage regulators allow users to choose from four battery voltage settings. This option takes the most time to install.
The second option takes the least installation time and uses the vehicle’s OBD II port. This method eliminates wiring the dash cam to the fuse panel. During operation, the dash cam was warm to the touch but was not as warm when I used the cigarette lighter/power outlet adapter method. If choosing this method, get the micro USB version, (B074M4XMBX).
Ensure enough cable length is available to connect the dash cam to the OBD II port. The adapter is attached to roughly 3.5 metres (11.5 ft) of cable. To conceal the cable, I hid it under the headliner, A-pillar, and the excess cable was hidden near the OBD II port. Plug the adapter in, set the switch to the desired mode and that’s it. The OBD II adapter has a switch that selects two modes. The first mode keeps the dashcam on while driving and turns the dashcam off after five minutes when the car is shut off.
The second mode puts the dashcam in parking/sentry mode. When your vehicle is turned off, the dashcam continues to record. The Botslab app can adjust how much time is allowed for recording. When the vehicle’s battery reaches 11.6 volts, the dashcam shuts off.
Installation of the dash cam was straightforward. The instructions are clear and guide you through the process. A firmware update was available when the dashcam was first started. The dashcam is equipped with a built-in alignment guide that assists with positioning the device. The kit comes with an extra self-adhesive pad. The ESD sticker kept falling off despite having cleaned the windshield thoroughly. If the dash cam needs to be repositioned, I’ve found that a length of fishing line cuts through the adhesive. Goo gone removes any residue left behind.
Overall, and despite minor nitpicks this dashcam exceeded my expectations. Recommended!

Took less than an hour to install, and it works great! The AI features definitely makes my commute to work feel safer, I will be buying another one soon for my wife’s car. It was a really good price to! The sd card is large enough to fit alot of data and the cables were all plenty lomg enough for a large Lincoln car. Video quality is perfect and power saving modes work perfectly!

First of all, I wanted to commend the excellent customer service we received from Botslab ( particularly to Kelley). We biught the dash cam, however the wire for the rear camera was too short for our SUV. I sent a message to the customer supprt via their online chat box and they immediately mailed me an extension cord the following day. What an amazing customer support. By the way, the dash cam looks sleek and modern with 4k quality, crystal clear image. It was very easy to set up. We have not experienced any problem with the cam so far.

BOTSLAB 4K Dash Cam! is a great buy. Considering the price, I was pleasantly surprised. This thing is seriously impressive – the front camera captures in 4K, and the rear camera is clear as day too. The video recording detail is amazing; it can actually read license plates, which is a huge plus for me, especially on busy roads. I definitely feel safer having it installed now.
One feature I didn’t expect to love as much as I do is the ADAS system. It gives little nudges when the car ahead starts moving, if I’m getting too close, or if I’m drifting out of my lane. And every couple of hours, it reminds me to take a break. It’s like a gentle co-pilot that’s genuinely improved my driving awareness, especially in heavy traffic. I used it on a long drive from northern Scotland to Birmingham, and felt reassured knowing I have potential footage in case of an accident .
The night vision is on point too. I was skeptical at first, but it really does capture clear video at night, so details like license plates and road signs are easy to read even on dimly lit roads. It’s such a comfort knowing that if anything happens, it’ll all be clearly documented, day or night.
The GPS feature is a great add-on. I can check my speed, location, and routes anytime through the app – This feature made me more mindful of my speed, knowing it was being recorded. The app, which is surprisingly easy to use, allows for fast WiFi connection, so I can download videos or share any beautiful scenery I catch on the road with my mum.
It is extremely easy to install, all you need is provided in the box, including a 64GB memory card which is more than enough for everyday use. and the cables are easily tucked in using the provided tool. It might also be worth investing in additional wiring suggested by Amazon, allowing you to plug the setup into the fuse box and guide all the cables neatly. This is definitely something I plan to do.
And the best part? It’s great value for money. It really does what it says on the box, and then some. All in all, the BOTSLAB 4K Dash Cam does everything I could want and more. It’s packed with features that make driving safer and recording easy. Definitely one of the best investments I’ve made for my car!
