Hardly 100 pounds of resistance more like 45. Only lasted a couple of weeks before handle peg broke free slamming other end into my leg leaving a bruise. Despite being lighter than advertised was providing a decent workout until it broke.

The Black resistance band I received is NOT a 100 pound resistance band as advertised! At BEST, it’s probably 20lbs! And I am being generous! I HATE faulty advertising. Do not purchase resistance bands from this unscrupulous merchant!

This is ridiculous. I bought this and used it twice. Did a couple bicep curls, it broke right out of my hand.
It’s DEFINITELY NOT 100 pounds resistance, but first time I still got a good workout, maybe 30 pounds. Then it snapped and hurt my foot and arm badly with broken plastic handle. So frustrating.

Resistance was/is not 100 lbs as ordered. It is the black color and 100 lbs on package. I have Bodylastic, Fitness Gear, and Gofit resistance tubes of 30 and 50 lbs that are heavier duty than this Champion 100 lb tube. I would not recommend this product to the average or expert weight trainer looking for ultra heavy duty tubes.
