Chemical Guys Come up with great products and this is one of them. The pump works perfectly and it puts out a thin mist of whatever you have put in the bottle. The spray pattern is wide and the coverage is even throughout that spray pattern. Another plus is that it saves on whatever product you you are spraying. I definitely noticed it using less of the Meguiar’s Last Touch liquid than I’d use with a handle spray bottle.

I was very impressed with this. I’m kinda lazy and usually just take my truck to a touchless car wash. Being my truck is black and the wash is touchless, the truck never leaves perfectly clean. I wasted $20 a couple different times on some different waterless wash sprays and it wasn’t very cost effective. The bottles would never last long. This stuff sprays so easy with the sprayer and I only mixed 1 liter of spray and barely put a dent in the wash concentrate. I also had my entire truck wiped down in 10-15 minutes. The sprayer alone is so much better than the standard spray bottle. When I run out of concentrate, I can just buy another bottle for $20 and have enough for a whole lot of washes!

I bought this pump up sprayer as a previously opened item, supposedly in excellent condition. I figured I’ll take my chances with buying it pre-opened because it was almost $10 cheaper than unopened. I added water to the reservoir to test it. The pump failed to pressurize the sprayer. After examining the pump, I removed it from the sprayer and installed a bigger o-ring. Now the pump works as it should. I put the pump back onto the reservoir bottle and pumped it up. It sprayed water rather well, but water would leak past the sprayer’s valve and dump water onto my hand when I tilted the sprayer in any direction other than level to the ground. It’s a good thing I am only spraying water and not a chemical such as a pesticide. I disassembled the pump again and replaced a few o-rings in the sprayer valve. It still leaks past the valve. This sprayer is garbage and way over-priced. I’ll only use it to spray car washing soap when cleaning my motorcycles. Save your money and don’t waste it on this sprayer. Go to a place like Home Depot and buy a good sprayer for less than half the price of this one. Also, it claims it will spray a thick layer foam of soap when using to clean a vehicle. It does not! The spray is no different than a pump up sprayer you can buy at Home Depot. Since it’s a waste of time for me to return it, I won’t. I’ll just use it to apply soap and water or it mist house plants.

 Was very happy to purchase this pump for the price that seems to be quite high in comparison. Assumed you pay extra for the quality. Expectations failed. The pump bottle is very durable and you can feel the quality just by holding it. However, the pump itself didn’t do the job. Didn’t pump air at all. There is no instruction on the box on how to fix it, and as a matter of fact paying that money for it shouldn’t involve any side hassle…very disappointed

One star taken off as the pump portion came with a broken o-ring. Took it apart after noticing it wouldn’t hold any pressure. Quick trip to the hardware store solved the problem but, I feel like this could have been caught by QA. It’s also a little annoying to use without accidentally locking it open with the thumb slider.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and after I started using it I was ready to send it back. You have to take water pump pliers to the nozzle for your adjustment. The nozzle is on super tight and it would hardly work at all. Once you’re able to twist the nozzle back-and-forth you’ll be able to make your desired adjustment. I also removed the plastic hose and reattached it. I tighten the lid down pumped it up and it works great. Try these steps if you’re having problems getting it to work. The main thing is you have to screw it on very tight to get a tight seal or it will not hold pressure. Once I did all of these things it worked great I had no problems. Good luck

I own three sprayers, one from Chemical Guys and two from unknown brands. The Chemical Guys bottle exudes a premium quality and feels more durable compared to the cheaper, non-brand alternatives. It also boasts a larger bottle, about double the size. Despite using all three sprayers equally, the Chemical Guys sprayer broke down after just 10 months. In the weeks leading up to its breakdown, it began intermittently leaking water. Eventually, during its final pump, it just broke and fell apart in my hands.

Received the product and I immediately tried to use it. Added some water for testing and of course, I was experiencing the same issues as others. Pump wasn’t adding pressure and water was not coming out. I removed the nozzle from the bottle and noticed a large o-ring on the inside of the nozzle. Tried to center it on the nozzle head but it would slide out every time I tried to screw the nozzle back to the bottle. So I figured I needed to put it on the bottle. The bottle mouth has a lip that the o-ring must be wrapped around to secure it and create pressure. After doing this, the pressure now builds inside the bottle and water shoots out as expected. Now we’ll see how long the bottle works.

Lasted only a few months. I got some car paint cleaner inside and now it does not pump anymore. Had other pumps last for years. But not this one. I figure with a name like chemical guys….it would of last longer.
