Circulon Premier Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware Set, Bronze

Searched a long time to find new pots (my original Farberware were over 40 years old). I wanted a non-stick pot that could be put in dishwasher. Even though these pots are very easy to clean, sometimes I just want to load everything in the dishwasher and forget about it. Circulon fits the bill. I have been using them for just over a month and have loved them. Have put them in the dishwasher several time with no ill effects! This particular set was wonderful for me because of the large 5 qt pan! It is great for stir fries and one pot meals. Just love it. The only thing that might be considered a negative is the covers. While I love that they have the straining holes in them (which work great) there is a very small ledge between the glass and metal edge of the cover. After washing, water gets stuck on that ledge and I need to use a paper towel to make sure it is dry. It is a bit of an inconvenience but certainly not something that should deter anyone from getting these pots. No metal utensils can be used, but I always used wood utensils anyway. I did have to invest in a nylon/plastic ladle, but again, no big deal. Looking forward to using these pots for the next 40 years!!!!

These pans and skillets have held up like new for the past 2 months after being used virtually every day and usually multiple times a day. They look virtually unused! We use the skillets probably 6 days a week for breakfast and several days a week for dinner. We use the pans 3-4 days a week and all have almost no signs of wear. They heat up very fast with the exception of the smallest saucepan, but it isn’t a dealbreaker though. Its just a little slower than the other ones. Surface rinses totally clean around 95% of the time and the other 5%, it wipes clean. Would not hesitate to purchase again without question and a steal at $179

I’ve only cooked about 10 meals in both pots and pans as yet, and am really pleased after living with the stickiest pans on planet earth for years! I have followed the cooking and cleaning directions to a tee, and so far nothing at all has been sticking, and clean-up is a proverbial breeze. They are aesthetically pleasing on my black glass stovetop as well. I absolutely love the draining lids — remember to turn the draining holes away the spout sides to keep in steam. I use one of the pot lids on the smallest frying pan — it sits low but it keeps egg and burger splatters at bay. The 8-quart stock pot is WAY bigger than we need; a 6 qt., at most, would have sufficed. Trying to store that thing is a bear. I am using it to store flour in the pantry. Otherwise, I’m very happy with my purchase.

My husband and I have gone through so many sets of cookware, only to be disappointed in their longevity. We generally adhere to the manufacturers recommendations for cooking and cleaning, but time after time, they just do not hold up. So once again, we were on the hunt to a new set. I searched through Amazon’s selection, and found the Circulon. I had never heard of this particular style, so I went and researched it. It turns out that it seemingly had really good reviews, with some indicating that they had had more than one set over the years. That speaks volumes to me; however, I wasn’t yet convinced. I decided to go to the Circulon website. I poured through every detail and description, from how it’s made to the different styles. It all sounded great, but I was still a bit reticent. I decided to add it to my cart and think about it some more. I waited a while. It also cost quite a bit more than the other sets we have had, so I didn’t want to jump right in and be disappointed again. So they sat and sat in the cart. I kept seeing them. Then one day a while later, I opened up the item and description again, browsed through it, and the reviews. Refreshed my memory again about the brand. I decided it was time. The set we were using at the time was not in the best, optimal condition. My husband agreed. I ordered the Circulon. To say I was nervous, but excited was an understatement. We did not want to be disappointed. The cookware arrives. No outer box dents. The outer box was very sturdy. Upon opening the box, I notice that the cookware was well-packed. I removed all the items. It looked beautiful. The color is gorgeous. The cookware is not light weight, but not heavy. They are well made. I was excited to get started. Read all directions first. Hand washed them. Does say they can be used in the dishwasher. We have tried that with one or two of the saucepans a couple of times, but are a little afraid that over time, that might not be the best option. Nothing happened. They came out great. Our personal preference though, will be to handwash. We have now had the cookware about a month. They heat up very well. Instructions said to only set the temperature low to medium for cooking. Never on high unless boiling water. I still don’t use high for that either. They recommend to not use any cooking spray. We don’t. You don’t need it. Everything that we have cooked has turned out well. We have used them just about everyday since receiving them. Cleanup is super easy. We have not tried them in the oven as of yet. Because I cannot speak to how this cookware will do long-term just yet, I will say that so far I am very impressed with them. It is a beautiful set. I look forward to using them each day.
