It fits very well, and good quality as well .

I was tempted to give a 4 star review, but went with 5 given the value. I truly only have 1 negative comment, and that’s about the powder coating. It’s an even solid black but just not a truly good powder coat. But at just under $200 bucks, and the fact that I will likely get them powder coated in a different color I won’t complain. I read several other reviews, particularly bad ones before buying. None of them were applicable. Yes, you do have to be careful when opening the saddle bags because they will bump the rear guards if you just let them flop open. I don’t do that so it’s not an issue.
A note of caution. If your bike has been dropped previously on either side you will have problems with the front bars. Even a relatively soft drop WILL bend the auxiliary light brackets that will share a mounting point. You won’t be able to get the most forward bolt back in the engine head. If your bike has been dropped you will likely need to replace those brackets.
There are a couple of great generic videos on installing these bars on you tube. watch them first. Just search for “crash bar installation on BMW K1600” One is from a company called Wunderlich that makes an identical set for about three times the price. It’s a great product, just out of my reach. I’m sure this set of bars is most likely a knock off, but a very good one.
This is indeed a good product and I highly recommend it.

I was really surprised when lifting the package up… these are heavy duty as advertised. Every item fits perfectly. Couldn’t be happier as what I’ve seen these actually extend further towards the front of the engine casing than the Ilium Works engine guards. The only issue that I’ve discovered is the rear panier protection is larger and higher than the Ilium Works protectors which does affect the pillion’s calves when sitting. But for the price point given, these are a joy on the wallet.

Good welds on this set. They look good and seem solid.

It’s not a guard but a decoration. Don’t buy. After installing its just fall apart. There is no solder … I assume just a glue. Pictures attached
