This machine makes it possible to prepare restaurant level meal in 20 mins. Potatoes taste delicious. Meat tastes awesome. And it’s so easy to use. Just throw it in, 15-20 mins, done. Did I mention potatoes taste amazing? And I only owned it for 4 days. I’m buying one for my 80 year old mom. Size is perfect for a family of 2-3. It’s the best purchase I’ve ever done when it comes to food prep.

Es muy sencillo en cuanto a su uso y no distorsiona el sabor de los alimentos.

Replaced our older ninja dual basket air fryer for this one since we usually don’t air fry 2 different things at once and wanted more volume for the thing we are air frying.
It heats up fast! Like all Cosori products I own it’s a great value and is very affordable compared to the competition.we own their big oven and their water kettle which both perform flawlessly.
This thing heats up quick and is easy to use. So nice not having to shake the basket or flip the food. Seriously it’s a major time saver in that you don’t have to babysit the air fryer!!!
It didn’t have any weird smell with first use and food comes out tasting amazing and perfectly cooked.
Pro tip – take the cardboard it ships with out of the drawer when you get it. I was in such a hurry to do the initial burn off that I didn’t and I nearly caught the cardboard on fire not knowing it was in there lol.

This air fryer has an adequate cooking space for my family of 4. It is very easy to use and very easy to clean. It is not a noisy machine, which I am very happy with, and the best part is.. the is a top and bottom element that will allow the food to cook evenly WITHOUT having to turn things half-way through the cooking time! AND… it’s a smart air fryer that I can control from my phone. I highly recommemd this machine when choosing an air fryer!

Tried our first use of the Dual Blaze Cosori. Perfect cook, on boneless skinless chicken breast. I will get a lot of use, of this air fryer.

I have had this air fryer for about a month now, I am totally blind, and because I’m able to connect it to my Wi-Fi and my Alexa, and Google, just buy asking to turn it on through either air fry, bake, broil, and the time and the temperature it does it automatically. I don’t have to touch the unit, except to put the food in and take the food out. I find that it cooks much quicker than the oven. I don’t have to mess with the oven. I find it easy to use, I’m very happy with it. I think the only thing I would like to see happen is if it had a. Splatter screen like you would put over frying pan. Although I have not had the need to have one yet, but I’m thinking if I make bacon in the unit, I don’t want the grease flying up and hitting the coils. I do clean it after each juice and it’s been very, very easy to clean by hand, but it is dishwasher safe also. And thus far when I wipe the coils off, there’s nothing on the coils at the top. It also has coils at the very bottom underneath the drawer, so it’s cooking on both sides which is very handy. I really love the unit and it’s the perfect size sitting on the counter.

Overall I’m pleased with my Cosori 6.8 Qt dual blaze. There a few things I think you guys could innovate to make slightly better, but they wouldn’t stop me from buying the product.
The first Cosori we got was the 5.8 quart. The basket fell apart after a year though – the part where the plastic front was attached to the metal basket sort of disintegrated where the screws attach. Also, it was frustrating that the drawer was on a slight tilt forward, meaning if you pulled it out even a little it continued to slide forward and down on its own, which could lead to falling if you don’t have a massive amount of counter space in front of it. I loved how versatile it was for cooking though. This definitely got me hooked on air fryers. If I had done more research I might have realized that Cosori have a 2 year guarantee, so I should have contacted the company to see if they could give me a new basket. We just went ahead and bought a new one though because I wanted it to be slightly bigger.
The new one we got is the 6.8 quart dual blaze. This one has some improvements. I don’t know if the inside coating is actually different, or if it’s just been a while since I had the old one and I”m misremembering, but this one seems easier to clean. Everything wipes out really easily. It has a removable shelf inside instead of an entire basket you lift out. The shelf is easier to clean as well. The old basket had all the holes and slats that could be difficult to get grease/debris out of.
The only issue with the shelf is taking it out. It has two holes in the center that you’re supposed to put your fingers through to lift it out. However, when your food is ready and it’s hot, you obviously can’t do that! So you have to get the food out itself with a spatula or tongs. If you do try to tilt the entire drawer over, the shelf falls out with the food. I think it would be good to have a handle that sticks straight up in the center, with a threaded screw hole in the center of the basket. That way you could grasp it to lift it out if you were making something like fries, etc, but if you wanted to cook an entire chicken you just unscrew the handle, and voila, the shelf is flat again.
I also think they should make four divets horizontally in the corners of the drawer, so that the shelf stays put if you do want to tilt the entire drawer over to dump something out. These divets should be strong enough to hold the shelf in place for an easy tilt, but with the screw-in handle it would still be easy to exert enough force on the shelf to remove it if you wanted.
I would also recommend putting little foldable “feet” on the sides of the shelf, so that you could raise it if you wanted, and cook something both in the bottom of the drawer itself and on the shelf. Again voila – instant accessory. That to me is a major selling point, and I doubt I’m the only one that would love a built in accessory like that.
One more thing – the dual blaze has the settings of reheat, broil, bake, air fry, and roast, but it does not explain in the instruction manual how the dual burners function accordingly. Example, air fry is both burners on high, broil is top burner high, bottom burner low, etc. I had to scroll through a dozen FB posts to try to find out if somebody knew, and I still only found 4 of the six settings. These should be clearly in the instruction manual.
Both products are still great and I would still recommend them, as evidenced by the fact that I bought another Cosori 🙂 Just tweaks that would make them even better and might get some people more sold on them.
Ps- one more pro. The new dual blaze is much quieter than the old one.

It took awhile for me to add another appliance to my kitchen counter but finally came around to buy an air fryer. I checked a few reviews and decided to buy this larger version of an air fryer. It is worth the counter space. I especially like the way it flash cooks fish filets without over cooking. It will comfortably hold four large salmon filets (or similar fish) without crowding for the best results. I’ve tried other foods with varying success but, over all, I’d say this is a great appliance. The control panel has presets for various foods that I didn’t trust at first (thought it was not enough cooking time) but have come to rely on the settings for the best results. Easy to clean. Looks nice. Good purchase.

This air fryer has transformed me from a three button microwave defroster, to a top-notch (pretend) culinary artist!
With a little common sense (unfortunately, not so common) and a slight learning curve/experimental phase, this thing will transform your cooking experience.
So far, nearly everything I have prepared in this “fryer” has been cooked to perfection on the first attempt (presets are pretty good for most items – and if you RTFM, you can adjust and save those presets), if not done enough, just cook again to your liking/expectations.
Large basket holds everything my wife and I are going to eat. Non-stick, very easy to clean.
Prior to this purchase (had to convince my wife – now she’s 100% on board based on the results), we cooked non-microwaveable things in the oven – preheat, cook, turn, cook, etc.
Now it’s no preheat, no turn, one run, less than half the time, with amazing results (crispy outside, nice and tender inside – fries, pizza rolls, chicken, steak, you name it).
If you’re like me, and have never owned an “air fryer” before, just do it!
If you have owned one before, and are looking to replace, might want to give this one a test drive.
God Bless America, and the World!
