For quick readers: Works real nice. Don’t do it a day before rainfall. Removes 95% of bugs. Safe for flowers, and pollinators. Didn’t leak for me. Seems to work immediately. Smells good in my opinion but wear a mask lol.
For everyone else: I had very high hopes reading the reviews. That’s my own fault. I genuinely believed all of my problems would be solved and every single bug in my yard would be gone. I’d say most are gone, but I had some buddies over for a fire at night and we had a total of 3 mosquitos. Now, I know it’s a significant improvement, but I was expecting 0.
For context I live in a deciduous forest (New England) so the bugs are wicked bad. It got rid of pretty much everything but at night a mosquito or two linger. I have noticed that little tiny bugs remain. I realize that the annoying bug bugs we hate, eat these tiny bugs. We removed their only predator so now I’m stuck with these. The tiny bugs aren’t horrible but can be annoying.
While spraying, I will say it seems to work immediately. Horse flies, deer flies and the other annoying bugs are gone right away. As I sprayed, I was rejoiced to watch moths, and other bugs flee from the grass. Huge smile on my face. One bottle finished my entire back yard and front yard. Probably sprayed whole acre of land. No leak.
However, I sprayed before rain the first time and it seemed to work less. I bought two bottles just in case, so I waited to spray during a stretch of sunny and dry weather. Let me tell ya, it’s perfect! During the day, there are zero bugs which is amazing. Nighttime is pretty good.

Applied two days ago and no bug bites last eve or today. We have had a lot of no see ums this summer. i think we will apply again day after we have rainfall or wait until we notice an iptick in bug bites. No see ums are the worst, leave welts and scars. Would have given 5 stars but could not locate msds on the web.

We used this for mosquitos in our yard. At first we weren’t sure if it worked, but give it a week or two and it cut them down significantly. We also had to mix our own due to the size of our yard. I put mostly water and a fraction of this in to a handheld pump/sprayer and it did the trick. We also have carpenter ants in our area and it seemed to be helpful for them as well. Usually I can see them running around the property in the driveway or places like that and I saw very little sign of them. Great product!

I have been struggling with sand fleas. I treated my property then realized that the neighbors also struggled with them. Fortunately this product is concentrated and I was able to share with them. We are all in agreement that we are seeing relief from the fleas. As a bonus it also kills mosquitos and ticks. The hose end sprayer made application easy. It covers something like 5000 feet so it worked for all of our small yard areas. I walked my dogs away from the yard area that was treated for two or three days. None of us saw any negative results from using this product.
