Having a baby is the most expensive thing we’ve done. I hit price fatigue pretty quickly tallying up the things we needed and was getting really discouraged. I’ve been trying to find budget options wherever I can and this dresser knocks it’s out of the park. It is honestly beautiful. We have the natural wood version. It’s very sturdy, the drawers slide well, and although on the smaller side like some reviews have noted, I don’t really know how you’d need more space than this. We got the matching topper for holding the changing pad.
My one pro tip is take your time and track which side the drawers are supposed to go on – it’s clearly labeled in the instructions. If you do this you can ignore every review about wonky drawers, because that’s user error, not an issue with the product. And when you build the drawers pay attention to the runners so that they’re facing the right direction. Ours came so well wrapped with no damage. I actually can’t state how much I love this, and love that it looks high end.

This dresser is heavy duty! It does not feel flimsy and is well built. Easy enough to put together – instructions are clear. The package is heavy, so you may need help moving it around – especially if you are going up stairs with it!
I didn’t experience any issues with the drawers being difficult out to slide out. I agree with other reviewers… if you have issues with the drawers, it is likely human error. Each needs be assembled so take your time and get it aligned correctly!
My only complaint would be that the drawers don’t pull out the whole way. May potentially make it difficult to get to the items in the back? Not a deal breaker for us… price and quality is good. Love the natural color!

This is a nice sized and sturdy dresser. Assembly was a little tedious, but better than an IKEA dresser (at least roller rails were already installed). I was able to put it all together in a few hours by myself at 8 months pregnant.

I bought this dresser for my son’s room and it’s perfect. I originally wanted to buy a dresser from Crate & Barrel Kids but I couldn’t justify the $1200 price tag. I decided to look on Amazon and saw this similar looking dresser for 1/4th of the price.
The dresser is sturdy and made with real wood with a white wash. There are four legs with an optional fifth leg to go in the middle of the dresser if you plan on having more than 50 lbs load. The back of the dresser and the bottom of the drawers are compressed wood but it’s not flimsy. The drawers open and close smoothly.
I was worried that the drawers wouldn’t open up all the way based on other comments. However, they actually pull out a decent amount.
It took approximately 2-3 hours to put together but the instructions were clear and made it easy to put together.
Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase. It’s actually a very nice piece of furniture that I can foresee us using a long time. Can’t wait to see it in the finished nursery.
Another note – DaVinci is made by Million Dollar Baby, the same company that makes higher end brands like Babyletto.

Highly recommend! Takes a few hours to put together (at least at 9 months pregnant) but pretty straightforward. It is sturdy! I agree with some reviews the drawers are short but still plenty of space for baby clothes. If any parts are scratched, easy to order on warranty site

I have the natural version of this in my toddler’s room and have loved it! Ordered the green for the new baby’s nursery and the smell of the paint was horrible! I had to off gas it for several weeks with windows open, air purifier on, and washed it all down with vinegar. The smell seems to come from the paint. I know per the website they say all of the paints and products are safe (not greenguard, but no formaldehyde or lead). Just a bummer this had such a strong smell. Very happy with the natural color but would think twice about the painted versions.
