Love this printer, if you are looking for a printer that is simple and gives good results, look no further. I have used many other types. By far the best for printing shipping labels and receipts and other simple black print jobs. Five star all the way!

Purchased at the end of April. Is now broken – according to Dell, it needs a new pickup roller. However, the printer is not under Dell warranty. A 2-month-old printer sold on Amazon (fulfilled by Amazon) that is too old to be under warranty, and as of May 29th, Amazon lists it as non-returnable. This is not right.

I’ve had this printer for over 5 years and it has lasted so far. Only issues I have had are the front door latch becoming loose after 4 years, and sometimes there is a paper double feed. These problems started after 4 yrs of being used daily.

I bought this printer in October and by February it stopped working, squeaking and not printing correctly. Contacted the seller to let them know the problems with the printer was told to call Dell and after talking to Dell this customer already had a call tag in for this printer and was told by Dell there was nothing they could do until the call tag was closed by the person who purchased the printer. I contacted the seller once again gave them all the information that was given to me from Dell and they refused to do anything. Apparently this seller had printer parts refurbished and sold as a new printer. Stay away from this company because they will sell you junk that has been repaired and sold as new. I will never buy anything from this seller again…..BE WARE!!!!!!!!!!

Item arrived extremely scuffed up and dirty. This is the type of purchase I’d expect from eBay, but never from Amazon; however, the printer does work and wasn’t missing the toner cartridge (as I expected it would after seeing the condition). There was no USB 2.0 cable included, and since this is the only input method to the printer it could be a major problem for most people, but luckily I had a spare. As you can see in the picture, there is scuffs and scratches everywhere as well as dirt and dust build up in the toner drawer handle. Shipping time was normal, at one week, and the equipment was reasonably priced but I would expect a better product at the $100 range.

So far I used one cartrige of ink powder in it, It prints trouble free, does not find many reasons to quit on me,
And I do not worry about ink drying up on me if I dont use it every day.
