The printer works really well. I recieved it on time. I have printed out several things on the printer and they all came out looking very nice. I’m having a little problem with printing of photos but I guess I just need to work with it a little more. Was definately a good investment.

Product hasn’t worked properly since i got it. I thought i just needed more ink because it wouldnt print but its the printer. it won’t commnicate with my computer and I did everything possible that the guide told me to do.I really wish i could send this back .I spent $100 on ink i didn’t need.

For the price this is a brilliant printer. I have owned the printer for about twelve months with no problems. As for replacing the ink, try eBay or Amazon, just replaced Dells own cartridges with compatibles for under £10 (for both). They work just as well if not better.

after 1 week of frustration wherein each and every time i booted up my e- machine pc my DELL V313 would go through process ,
of re-installing drivers and software automatically without any effort on my part which extended my boot up time. Thankfully
every thing is normal now. have used this printer daily now for 5 weeks trouble free. As to ink consumption,have printed 35
4×6 color pictures text messages everyday using black and white and got lots of ink. Now as to cost of ink, compare about the same as HP INK, which in my eyes is EXPENSIVE. IF YOU ARE TRYING TO PRINT ON THE CHEAP,GOOD LUCK!!!

This product remains unpacked. It was purchased as a reserve because ‘Del’ are not manufacturing it any more. It has been replace with a black only laser printer at almost double the price of the inkjet.

Had this printer for aprox. 4 years. Had to replace the printer head the first two months.
Than I fought the wy-fi connection. Many times when I wanted to print something it
wouldn’t respond. Had to turn off the printer and turn it back on. It used a lot of ink
and if I didn’t print something at least once a week one of the ink colors or black
would be dry and had to clean the cartridges (cleans heads) until the test page
would show the missing ink again. I replaced the black and color cartridge from
Dell last week and the blue was dry. Used 3/4 of the ink colors and black trying
to get the blue back that I finally gave up. And when the ink levels show that they
are low it won’t print. As you know ink cartridges are not cheap.

i,m not to happy with this printer,
i had cheap ones that worked better and faster.
it’s slow than i’ve ever had, the scanner scans sideways, i know it has clockwise setting in it.
i don’t know, just not the way i expected.
