Update 10/18 Delphi support worked with their division for Amazon store and did issue me a total refund for the second bad pump.
First one began making some weird chattering noises that also produced a vibration that ran the length of the fuel feed line within days after install. Ordered a replacement and returned it. The replacement recently began making the same intermittent noises and today failed to run leaving
me stuck away from home. I would say third time is the charm but I cannot get ahold of anyone to help me at this point and I cannot justify pulling the bed off my truck again to put another Delphi pump in it. I’ll never buy another.

Has everything you need. Fuel pressure restored! I noticed that the pump is far superior to the original. The sender for the fuel gauge as well is much heavier and better designed. Sound is low. Very happy with the purchase.

The only thing wrong is it didn’t include new fuel line clips. I used the original ones. If you remove them carefully they work fine.
There are three ways to get to the fuel pump.
1. Drop the tank. Everyting you need to disconnect is on top of the tank. Good luck doing that when you can’t see any of it.
2. Remove the bed. I did that the last time I replaced the pump. I used a cheap pump too. Never again. That too is a tremendous pain in the butt.
3. Cut an access hatch in the bed. This is what the factory should have done. This is by far the easiest method. The hardest part was removing the bed liner. I have a very tight fitting Loadlock bedliner that snaps under the bed rails and is difficult to remove.
The opening I cut was a little too large but that’s better than too small. To replace the section I riveted tabs to it and used nutcerts to screw it down. See pictures.
I would cut it in front of the bed support if I did it again. All in all I’m very happy with the end result.
I used a 4 1/2 angle grinder to make the cut. A jig saw would work too if you shorten the blade so it didn’t extend down too far. The tank is down about 2 inches.
Update: The pump works well. The only issue is fuel gauge accuracy. It reads much higher than the actual fuel level. When the gauge read 1/2 full the actual fuel level is about a quarter tank.

So far so good! Little more noisy than the old style and has the new style adapter so it will require 3 wires to be snipped/fused but it’s fairly simple if you take your time. Good product and fixed my issues.
