Besides the baskets being a little small for a load of laundry I really like them.
I guess you could say that the two of them together could be large enough.
The things I like about them are that they are really sturdy.
The handles are large and have a good strong feel to them. They make it easy to carry even with heavy items in them.
I like the canvas outer material. It not only looks nice but can be cleaned with a damp cloth if necessary.
The inner fabric liner is good too and finishes off the basket.
I really don’t have anything negative to say about the other than the size and description.

I wouldn’t call these little guys laundry baskets and if I were to use them as such, I’d have to give them 2 stars. Unless I were a leprechaun – then they’d be the right size. However, there are plenty of other uses for attractive baskets this size.
I put the cats’ collection of furry mice, balls, and catnip birds in the larger one and left it on the floor for them – they think it’s a great thing to empty – and I think it’s easy to pick up when I need to put their toys away. I put my gloves in the smaller one – driving and winter varieties – and will leave it on my dresser when the weather cools down. It frees up space in my underwear drawer and looks great. (For now, it’s on a shelf in my closet, where it also looks great.) The possibilities are endless and the well-made baskets are great decor.
The liners don’t come out for washing, so I’d be disinclined to put very dirty items in them. Wipe with a damp sponge to clean them.

We returned this item because it was much smaller than expected. I’m sure if we had needed a small basket they would have been great.

This is a nice,sturdy set of baskets. I have a rustic grey crib for my boy nursery and these coordinate very nicely with it. They are really great for holding many different items in the nursery.
We own many different DII baskets and bins and we like them all, but this is definitely one of the nicer styles.

I ordered a pair of these. And these are really nice looking, sturdy and well made. The type that will last a while, but rather small than medium in size. Anyway, even if these can’t be used for laundry, there are always many uses for them.
I’m using them to store those things that we use at home everyday. I designated one for the stuff nobody knows where it is, when somebody else needs it the most. I’m talking about scissors, duct tape of different types, clips for closing open snack bags, etc. The rule now is, if you borrow it, you must put it back inside when you’re done. Well, I hope they follow through.
The other one, I’m using it to store a few small tools that I use very often, like the most common screwdrivers, pliers and a small hammer. So, when I quickly need to repair something, I don’t have to go get the toolbox from the garage.

A set of two semi-collapsible organizing baskets from Dll.
They’re the size and shape to replace more traditional baskets, and they don’t look excessively frilly, making them suitable for all locations and genders. They’re on the small side (especially the smallest one), so despite the product description, these aren’t going to be laundry hampers other than for lingerie or women’s summer clothing. The baskets flatten somewhat (but not completely). The bottoms are sturdy but not rigid, making them unsuitable for heavier loads. I see them most useful for organizing shelves, clearing less-used items off vanities, holding spare items in the bathroom, etc.

I dock one star because I prefer baskets that are rigid enough (or the handles are long enough) to carry one handed, in addition to the negatives of non-rigid bottoms and not folding flat. But overall these are good-looking, general purpose baskets suitable for all sorts of organizational needs in the bedroom or bathroom.

Calling these “laundry” baskets is a huge stretch. These are much too small to be used for laundry. The baskets are more like the square fabric storage bins, but oval shaped. They are very good quality and very decorative. The baskets can have many creative uses, but definitely not laundry. Had the product header and description read “DII Heavy Duty Canvas Storage Baskets or Bins”, I would have given 5 stars, but because the seller is trying to pass these off as laundry baskets, I gave 3. The product is as pictured, but the words laundry basket will lead the buyer to believe these baskets are huge if the buyer does not take not of the actual dimensions.
