Good read. The only thing I believe was not necessary is the summary at the end. However overall the Book gives very simple examples of overthinking that leads to problems rather than solutions, so in a way it helps to recognise when your own thinking becomes toxic and change the pattern.

Although it may seem a bit repetitive I think it has beautiful and deep meanings to it that make it worth the read. It shows you how to view life in a different way but it is also about how you perceive it. (Exactly what it explains in the book). Overall would definitely recommend.

This book is great short, simple and very passion filled. The main thing to take away is that all your negative emotions come from you thinking and your reactions

I have read my self help and spiritual books but this book has definitely been one of the best books I have read. I haven’t put it down.

So much wisdom that seems simple but I am sure the majority of people don’t do including myself. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for transformation. I’m already feel physically and mentally lighter just reading and applying what I learned over the last three days. I can’t wait to see what’s I’m store for myself with this new knowledge

Amazing book and I don’t think anyone would ever regret reading this book.

This book is a gentle companion and a true pleasure read. My faith in the goodness of God and humanity has faltered for over 10 years which has caused me to suffer immensely: thinking & feeling myself to death.
Joseph Nguyen writes to this generation of sufferers in my opinion. We are so bombarded with information & anxiety & uncertainty.
I’m just so grateful for this book to fall into my hands! It reminds me God is good, I am good, and all is good. We are capable of so much goodness❤️

I saw this book trending on tik tok but had searched it in amazon to purchase, it was a small easy ready, just like the author says in the book it’s so simple yet so eye opening and the book left me chuckling cus I felt so understood and it was more of a sense like “wow, he’s really calling me out on this book but i’m not crazy or alone” if you have trouble like me where you get moments or over thinking, anxiety, and possibly some hint of being depressed you should really give this book a chance because it really makes you feel seen and there’s a lot of us out there who need a reminder or help on how to not believe everything you think!
