This travel set is very good. I have used 2 of the 4 containers so far, one for shampoo and one for a thick conditioner. Both were easy for me to pour into the containers, as the opening is a good size. Then when closed, and being used, the openings are a good size to control the amount squeezed out. I was interested to see if there would be any leaking, like previous containers, but I am very happy there was no leaking. I will use one other one for liquid shower soap (hotels often have only gel, which is not great for me). The other one I will use for hand lotion. Yes, many hotels have hand lotion, but not the best. Pouring my own into these vials will replicate what I use at home and be cost effective.

I purchased two sets of these bottles to take on vacation. I tried all sorts of things in the bottles: shampoo, body wash, face wash, and even lotion.
LEAK-PROOF CAPS
The bottles were 100% leak proof, even while under pressure in a suitcase. The caps are strong, yet easy to open. (Just be careful to rinse the inside of the cap if you get soap on it; certain soaps will cause the cap to stick closed, which will make them harder to open. This problem is easily fixed by cleaning the soap away before closing the cap.)
FLEXIBLE BOTTLES
I love that the bottles themselves are flexible. Even when dispensing something thick, like hand lotion, it is easy to squeeze out every last drop of the product. Hard plastic bottles are much more difficult to work with. Plus, the soft material of these bottles is pleasant to touch–not a necessary feature, but nice nonetheless.
TRAVEL BAG
The zipper isn’t entirely perfect. I feel as if it might break off. But the bag is nice enough to carry the bottles and keep them from getting lost within your suitcase. I might worry about leaked product escaping the plastic travel bag, except of course the bottles are leak-proof. I don’t mind that the travel bag leaves a tiny hole open when the zipper is closed. There is no leaked product that could escape.
SUCTION CUPS
The suction cups are surprisingly strong. If your shower wall is wet, you only need to briefly press the suction cup against the wall and the bottle will stick. This remains true even if the bottle is full with product; the suction cups can bear the weight. When the shower wall dries, the bottle will fall down, but I don’t mind that very much. It is easy to simply remove the bottle from the wall when you’re done showering.
OVERALL
I purchased two sets of these bottles and I would absolutely buy them again. They are a little expensive, but absolutely worth it. I have been using my bottles for about two weeks. They seem durable, so I expect them to last for a long time. I would recommend these bottles as a gift for yourself or anyone who travels. These are even good to keep lotion in your purse. I might recommend getting a larger size than 2oz if you travel for more than a week at a time, otherwise you will have to fill two bottles with shampoo to have enough. I have no other complaints.

**Small (1.25oz) Dot&Dot travel bottles**
We transfer from big bottles and use travel bottles daily as space savers.
What this product does well:
You can dispense a controlled/small amount with little effort. The opening is an inner silicone seal in what appears to be an X pattern. Because of physics, it immediately seals itself and stops dispensing when you stop applying pressure. (Of course the viscosity of product also plays into this).
The silicone material is great. It’s easy to squeeze. No more hard plastic cracking as you try to get product out of the container.
The mouth is wide and easy to fill, as advertised. Because it’s wide, you can also insert a smaller neck of your product (shampoo, lotion, etc) and let gravity do the work without any overflow or spills. It also makes cleaning the inside very simple, especially if you have a small bottle brush.
The white sleeve, selector ring, and cap click together as a unit. This cap unit fits on ANY size bottle: 1.25, 2, or 3oz.
The cons:
The labeling system is nifty but not practical. The white sleeve has a series of oval labels stamped into the plastic around its circumference. You can run a sharpie over the raised letters to ‘highlight’ them so you can actually see them. You also have a couple of blank ovals to write in your own info. The space to write is small. When you place the ‘selector ring’ over the white sleeve (to cover all the unselected oval labels), the thickness obscures the top half of the oval so you have to pick up the bottle and look at it straight on to be able to read the label. Overall, not very useful if you like to see things at a glance.
Suggestions would include a roughened square area in the silicone that can hold some kind of ink (and then preferably be able to erase) or 2 blank ovals in the plastic white sleeve that are longer, like half the circumference of the neck. Get rid of the imprinted labels since they’re small and not readable anyway. Or offer more color selections.
When filling the dot bottles, you can’t set them on the counter to squeeze in your product. This can be tricky if your big product bottle is a big/unwieldy shape or it’s full (heavy).
The plastic cap as well as the silicone opening where product is extruded are all translucent. Because of this, it’s sometimes hard to see how much product is coming out (since most products are whitish and blend with the cap+opening). One consideration would be to make the cap and inner silicone seal a gray/darker color to be able to see exactly how much product is being extruded.
The price seems outrageous unless you’re a frequent traveler/camper or transfer from big bottles and use travel bottles daily/frequently.
Overall, these are a great organizing tool for travel or daily use.

I bought these for a road trip and they are easy to fill and clean out to be reused. The top can come completed off and you can fit a brush inside to properly clean it out. The label window is a nice feature.
I haven’t taken this on a plane so I’m not sure if it’s leak proof.
