My son has been mowing lawns and asking for $ for his birthday to put towards this. It’s awesome and he loves drumming with it!

安いツインペダルから買い替えました
本当に踏みやすいです。
個人的な感覚ですが、バスドラ連打においてバチバチ当たる感覚が快感ですね♪(音量も上がる)
毎日の練習が楽しくなります。おすすめだと思います

I borrowed this pedal from a friend and wow. First of all h didn’t know they even offered this master piece with extended foot boards until I got this pedal home. No wonder I’ve seen the different prices.
To the guys using the trick drive shaft it can be tricky (no point intended lol sorry) to adjust. I use the trick drive shaft on my iron cobra’s and speed cobra’s too.
I also have a trick drive shaft for my extended foot board PDP concept series pedals that I’m a about to attach to this 9000 monster. Let’s see if I can punch through a bass head like Neil would do backstage warming up. A lot of people don’t realize Neil is 6’4” and roughly 200Ib he’s not a small guy. And he hit very hard. Watch him closely. I still think about his Red Tama kit. That kit was a amazing. He went with tama because of the hardware at the time. He obviously like the drums too seeing how he used them on three studio albums.
I almost went on a rant about his car collection but I’ll save it for another time. Your welcome.

This are the perfect pedals. The extended board allows for a huge sweet spot range. Nearly everything is adjustable and can be tailored to your needs and style of play. They simply feel nice and have a comforting weight to them. I also own 3000’s and can say these are easily 10x better.

Plays a little heavier like a 5000 but with all of the bells and whistles of a 9000. I too had an issue with the slave pedal height not matching the main pedal height. I own a Trick Retrofit Drive Shaft, and I’ve never had to adjust it. With this pedal, I had to connect the two pedals and 1) Remove the slave pedal and reconnect by turning the DW slave cam once away from me 2) Remove the slave-inner shaft (male) while still connected to the slave pedal and turn two rotations towards me. The Trick Retrofit Driveshaft is hexagonal; so, you can get different slave pedal heights by removing the inner shaft and rotating it without having to adjust the chain. The slave and main pedal are both identical now. Unfortunately, the same results can’t be achieved with the standard DW drive shaft that comes with the pedal because of the square shape.

Size 13 foot, this is the ticket. I enjoy the one inch longer footboard. This enables me to do heel toe techniques and to move up or down on the pedal depending on how fast I am playing. These definitely took a couple weeks to get used to. Playing up near the toe for slower stuff and down near the second 0 in the 9000 for faster stuff. This made a huge difference to me as a tall drummer. A must have for big and tall

As a single pedal I give it 5 stars. The power transfer is great and it’s still very smooth. I find sometimes you can’t have one with the other. This however is very well balanced when you find your setting. The left is a bit lagging so I had to set the beater slightly closer to make up for it. Still not quite where I want it, but lots of practice with left foot I reckon it will come together more. It’s just not designed to the full potential to match the master pedal in my opinion. I think dw needs to design a better drive shaft and give the ability for the slave to be a master if needed. I would pay more for this. All in all I am happy and I prefer these over my past pedals which were, iron cobra, axis long board, and pearl demon drives.
