El modelo que aparece en la publicación es el Letratag plus, pues refiere que incluye un soporte y dos casetes de etiquetas, y el modelo de que mandaron es de otro color y no incluye los accesorios, sólo trae un casete de etiquetas.

The pictures in the post are a bit misleading. The color is different (which is not a big deal but they could update that).
The item comes with 1 cartridge of paper tape. I was looking for this information prior to purchasing and could not find it on the the listing.
It does not come with the plastic tape or the mounting as the pictures might suggest.

It took a while to figure out, but I found that this label-maker DOES print two lines. It doesn’t look great, because there is pretty much no space between the lines, but it does do what the item description says it does.

Needed to replace the old LetraTag, but couldn’t find the right model. This one was recommended. No QWERTY keyboard, so it is awkward to type. And it resets all the functions everytime you turn it off (I like to print small rather than the HUGE standard font, but I have to reset it whenever I use it). Solid machine, works well.
