Love the color, pretty easy to apply but you need to be careful and build up the product. One wrong move when you’re applying the product over itself and you wipe away all your work. I ended up making it work. I got mine on a big sale so I’m not too bummed about it but I probably won’t buy these again just cause of how tedious they are to use.

Another eye makeup company discontinued a product I loved and relied on that was like this one, and I’ve been hunting for a replacement. For color and amount of metallic gleam, this is PERFECT. For lastingness, this doesn’t stay in place as well as the other one did. That one truly just stayed exactly as applied, until washed off. This shadow-liner is pretty good, but after a full day, some of it seems to just kind of vanish. It doesn’t smudge, just seems to not be there. Still, I’m grateful to have this to wear. (I got the emerald green color.)

So I normally HATE stick type applications when it comes to eyeshadow products BUT elf blew me AWAY with this one! It felt so smooth as soon as I applied it to my eyes! Color was bold and only takes 2 coats to really please me! Can’t speak on smudge affect yet since I opened it and did a immediate review but I’m sure with primer this will stay put! Thickness is just right and not runny at all! Ease of removal is easy enough with any makeup remover or what I used which was a cotton pad with Palmers skin therapy oil! Functionality is there since you can apply to eyes,maybe even lips if your bold lol. I’m already about to see what other colors I can get😩👍🏾

I don’t know if I was just super unlucky and got a bad batch or something? This has always been my absolutely favourite glitter eyeshadow that I have been using for years, but this one was just terrible. I shook it really good thinking that’s all it needed to mix up the product, but no, it wouldn’t even mix. It was like someone just filled an old tube of the eyeshadow with water. I tried to put it on and it literally had no shimmer whatsoever. It even went on like it was just water. Was so disappointing as my local Walmart has discontinued selling this, so I was super excited to see it here on Amazon! But it was a huge waste of money as it costed double here and did absolutely nothing and doesn’t even work 😭 So upset! First time I’ve ever been disappointed with a purchase!
