I’ve tried other primers before and this one works the best! It helps to achieve longer-lasting makeup and reduces the possible cakey-ness. I’ve also noticed it helps with the appearance of pores since the natural texture of my skin tends to show through more when I’m not using it. Skin texture is natural, so don’t feel insecure about it, but this product helps make it less obvious under concealers and foundation,.

I’ve never really used primers. I don’t use makeup really, except on my eyes. But I decided to get this, and a tinted moisturizer, to go under my blush/highlighter. SOOO recommend. I also started putting it on my lashes, now the curl holds so much better and my mascara doesn’t smudge.

I only had it on for a couple of hours (think 2-3) so can’t comment on how well it stays on throughout the day. But I must’ve had some kind of allergic reaction because my cheeks were burning (which is where I only put the product) and now they are dry and peeling. Didn’t want to give it one star because it could just be my skin but definitely not for me.

This primer only works with certain types of foundation, as with every primer. Make sure the ingredients of your primer match your concealer and your foundation otherwise you’re going to get pilling, I learned this the hard way. I couldn’t understand why my primer wasn’t working with my concealer and just continued to pill. Upon doing some research I realized that one was silicone based and one was water-based. Apparently they don’t mesh, and once I learned that this primer works very well and gives me a nice dewy look.
