Great heater at a great prices. Very high quality and does not take a lot of space. You will stay warm by this and it does not go out if the Lee is a little wind.

UPDATE: The company went out of their way to help me. I did not notice the emails at first but they persisted and in the end they sent me a new heater. Thank you very much for the great service.
It worked great for three months and then just won’t stay lite. The starter clicks and lights but the flame immediately goes out when you let go of the starter.

I have ever seen. I’m novice handy man at best, but everything from the packing to having all the necessary nuts and bolts (with some extra also) to the ease of assembly was very good. I have only had it a week, but all is good with it and it looks nice

I have put this heater on my back deck. If you see the picture, feel free to NOT come at me for not observing the clearance recommendations. It’s not going to stay in that spot while in use; it’s only stored there. Having addressed that…
This heater performs very well pushing out the heat. While the top dispersal shield feels somewhat flimsy, it deflects the heat outward from the burner unit like a boss. I wish the color somewhat matched the post, however. I recognize that it may not be possible due to discoloration over time, but it’s still a wish. Anyway, it warms the area nicely and we are going to get good use out of it during the winter months.
I assembled it by myself in about an hour. It’s not difficult and the directions are outstanding with detailed and labeled pictures. Additionally, the hardware package is great since all the types of screws, nuts, etc and separated into labeled compartments. Great touch from the manufacturer. I’m impressed.
Overall, I rate this 5/5 Stars.

Product came with extremely clear instructions in a glossily full color instruction manual. Parts were clearly identified and mounted on a vacuum packed card with an extra fastener for each one. All holes lined upped perfectly. Without a doubt the best assemble yourself product I have seen in years. Works wonderfully being easy to light and excellent heat output. Took less than an hour to assemble and a first class product.

The product itself is well built and looks as if it will last many years. Sadly after getting it together the heater just wouldn’t stay lit. I reached out to east oak and after their help trouble shooting it was deemed by them I need a new burner unit. They shipped it quickly. It’s now working perfect and we’re very happy.
