Boy was this purchase delivery quickly. Thanks, Amazon PRIME! It was easy to open and install this printer!
Chose the EPSON brand for reliability. The instructions for set-up were easy to understand – and I had the All-in-1 intalled and ready to print from our home office PC and my Android cell phone in 45 mins. or less. (I took my time!) Happy to say, I did not have one hiccup. The print speed is rather impressive. So I’ll gladly recommend this WORK FORCE WF2630 inkjet ALL-in-1.
Please note: Separate purchase needed for a USB printer cable if not using the WiFi option.
and a phone cable (female to female) to connect the printer to the phone outlet. Length required depends on the logistics of your home office, so it’s not easy to include a cable

It works great as a home office printer. It’s quiet which I love, since I usually print a lot at night. It also have wifi printing which is essential when everyone in my household uses laptops and iPads to do work. It was really easy to set up using the provided installation disk. The seperate ink cartridges is also a huge plus because I only need to replace the colour I need, which saves money in the long run. Just be warned, this is an inkjet printer, not a laser printer, as labelled on Amazon.

However, overall I would highly recommend this printer.

The only reason why I bought this was because one customer answered my question if it can print card stock. Yes it does only 8×10 paper and it only can do one sheet at a time or else it will jam. Would have give it 5 star if it can continuously print card stock without jamming. And to clarify about one review saying it’s hard to by pass the fax set up! It’s not hard at all just click set up fax later lol.

I’ve been an eBay seller for several years and made a huge mistake of not printing my own postage. My laptop wasn’t working well and I didn’t think I’d be able to print via my Kindle Fire HD (2nd generation, the one with no cameras and power and volume buttons on the back and opposite sides). I did some research on printing wirelessly from my tablet, and decided upon an Epson, because from what others said, they are the simplest brand to use with the kindle. In addition to wireless kindle fire hd printing, I needed something fairly small that didn’t take up much room, was affordable, and would print postage (both domestic and international) easily from eBay. This printer exceeded my expectations! Set up was a breeze… I opened the box and assembled the printer (mostly just peeling off tape), and typed in my WiFi password. I never used a laptop or included disc to set it up at all. I simply downloaded the Epson app (through the kindle app store), and voila! With eBay postage, you’ll pay, then the window comes up… I click the “open in a new window,” use the 3 dots menu on the side, click print, select my printer and it’s done. It prints the perfect size to for on a 4×7 mailer. Now, for international it doesn’t want to open on my tablet (even after downloading adobe), so I do have to use my laptop. Surprisingly, the laptop recognized the printer with no additional set up required. I do want to say, however, I cannot find an option to print on labels or different sizes (within the tablet options) but have had no need to, thus far. The only options I see are for landscape/letter. It’s only been about 2 weeks and the printer’s paid for itself (saving $1 or more each package I ship). Would recommend this to anyone looking for a printer for similar needs. Perhaps someone out there can explain a way to print international on the kindle (I realize this is a kindle issue, not a printer issue) and how to modify the size of the subject you’re printing (like if I wanted to print at a 60% scale, for instance.) =)

I honestly completely hate this printer. Like I know it’s insane to have any sort of strong emotion toward something that really doesn’t matter, but the scanner on it is so awful. It’s super slow and 90% of the time I can only scan 1 document and then the printer stops working and tells me to turn it off and back on again.
Whenever I need to print something, I have to reconnect it to my wifi since it’s always disconnecting itself which is weird since I have really good wifi at home. I wanted to get the HP Envy 4520, but Amazon was only letting people buy 1 and we’d just bought one for my husband’s office, so we thought this would be a decent enough one to use for the house and when I need to scan client’s files since I work from home. It’s loud, doesn’t work the majority of the time, slow, and bulky. Look for another one – this one is the bane of my existence.

So far, so good! My moms printer wasn’t working and giving her problems left and right. So I didn’t have a ton of money, but I wanted to get her a nice printer that had scanning capabilities without breaking the wallet. I did so with this printer. First off, the setup was quite easy. If you have a wireless network setup where this will be used, the setup is a breeze. Within about 10 minutes (5 minutes of this, the printer was doing it’s on setup and cleaning and calibrating the ink), I had this all set up, online, and ready to use for my mom. I was very surprised by the print quality since this isn’t a 400 dollar printer. The print quality rivals those much more expensive printers for sure. And the scanning and copying functions are very good and easy to use. Just a few buttons, you’re all set. You can make high quality copies or scan things directly to the computer as needed.

I did NOT setup or use this as a Fax, so I can’t comment on it’s Fax capabilities, but if it’s anything like the functionality of the rest of the system, I’d imagine it’s quite good.

So bottom line…if you’re on a bit of a budget but just want a printer system that works well, produces a great product, and is easy to use…I couldn’t recommend this one more. It is NOT as fancy looking as some of the more expensive systems. The little screen is pretty basic and it doesn’t have any fancy buttons or logos. But it works incredibly well and provides you GREAT printing options and is well worth the money.

The Epson Work Force WF-2630 Printer is the worst printer that I have ever seen in my life. Their tech support and customer service are also the worst ever. They do not stand behind their products at all. After six months of very moderate use, my Epson printer quit printing in black ink. I replaced the black ink cartridge three times with new Epson ink cartridges, and it still would not print in black. I had a surgery, so I did not contact Epson for several months. When I contacted Epson, they said that there was a hardware failure, and they replaced it with a refurbished Epson WF-2630. You would think that was good customer service, but you would be wrong. The refurbished printer only lasted a few months until the installation cartridges, which had very little ink in them, ran out. As soon as I tried to replace the ink cartridges in the refurbished replacement printer with the two of the three new ones that I had tried to use previously in the printer that had the hardware failure, the refurbished printer would not recognize these cartridges as having any ink in them. So I was out the cost of three new black ink cartridges, $39.00 and the cost of three used color ink cartridges. I bought a package of two more black ink cartridges, $26.00, and the refurbished printer would not print correctly in black. It would have about two lines out of four missing, then on a large portion of the lines, it only printed the top half of the line, which makes it unreadable. At the same time, I also had to replace the color installation ink cartridges with new color cartridges, $38.00, before the printer would print at all. (It won’t print at all if it says that an ink cartridge needs to be replaced.) It still would not print correctly in black ink. This was the same issue that I had with my previous, new printer until it soon stopped printing in black ink completely. I called Epson Customer Support again. Guess what? The refurbished printer had a hardware malfunction the same as my previous new printer. Of course, my printer was now out of warranty, so they would not replace the printer or refund my money. It was also now too late to go through Amazon to get a replacement or a refund. Epson purposely sent me a refurbished printer with the exact same problem as my new printer just so I would not go through Amazon for a refund as I had previously told them that I would do. They sent me a refurbished printer that lasted just long enough for my warranty to run out. Epson absolutely refused to make this order good by replacing this printer or refunding my money. They so kindly offered to let me use costly out-of-warranty options to replace or fix this printer which would have cost me way more than the printer was worth, which is $0.00. Do they think I am insane? Why would I pay them to fix a printer that obviously has the same hardware issue as my previous one? They must have had this same issue with countless other WF-2630 printers for me to be sent two with the same issue. Looking at the reviews that are given on Amazon, this printer had many, many bad ratings. Most people who gave this printer a bad rating had some of the same issues as me – only working a short time, then not printing correctly in black. Epson’s Tech Support has very limited knowledge, and they do not do anything to help you. They have you do a few basic steps which customers already know how to do themselves because it is on the maintenance of the printer itself, such as: did you use an Epson ink cartridge; did you take off the yellow tape on the ink cartridge before installing it; clean the print head; and do a nozzle check. They have you do these steps several times, even if you have already done them several times yourself before you called them, then they tell you your printer has a hardware failure. That is all they did on both the new printer and the refurbished printer. So far, I am out the cost of the printer, $76.08; the cost of eight new ink cartridges that were bought to try to get these printers to print, $103.00 (more than the cost of the printer); three used color ink cartridges $?; six months of having a printer that is not working correctly or at all; and nine months of total frustration trying to get a printer to work for a total of $179.08 in Epson products and over $1400.00 in my time trying to get these products to work. DO NOT COUNT ON EPSON TO STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS OR MAKE IT RIGHT IF THEY ARE DEFECTIVE, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT! DO NOT EXPECT EPSON’S CUSTOMER SERVICE OR TECH SUPPORT, WHICH IS OUT-SOURCED TO OTHER COUNTRIES, TO HELP YOU, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT! (WHEN YOU ARE FINALLY ABLE TO UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE SAYING). DO NOT BUY FROM EPSON UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY A LOT MORE MONEY BUYING ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS THAT STILL WILL NOT HELP THE PRINTER WORK! BUYING THIS PRINTER WILL COST YOU MUCH MORE THAN YOUR ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE, AND YOU STILL WILL NOT HAVE A PRODUCT THAT WORKS! DO NOT BUY FROM EPSON UNLESS YOU WANT LOUSY TECH SUPPORT & CUSTOMER SERVICE, WANT TO PAY A LOT OF EXTRA MONEY, AND WANT TO HAVE A NON-WORKING, DEFECTIVE PRINTER AFTER ALL THE EXTRA MONEY YOU HAVE PUT OUT TRYING TO GET THIS PRINTER TO WORK! I would give Epson less than one star if it was at all possible! Most of the good reviews for this printer sounded like they had just received the printer and just set it up. If they give it a few months they will probably want to throw theirs in the trash too. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy this printer. It is not worth the hassle you will go through trying to make the printer work. Even though you can now buy this printer for about half what I paid for mine, that will not be a bargain if you end up with a printer that won’t work after a short period of time. There’s a reason why they have cut the price on these printers in half! Printers are not supposed to be made to be disposable after a one-time use, but that is how Epson is making them.
