It’s my first ever robot vacuum but I am quite impressed with it. Does a fine job with mapping and will develop a route it runs. Reacts dynamically to moving around of objects in the path. Very seldom has gotten stuck and I have figured out how to prevent that with a quick pass of the “vacuum zone” before I leave it to do its thing. Also use the apps “virtual wall” to ensure it avoids a specific rug that will get it trapped.
Does a wonderful job on my laminate floors and should be great on any hard floor. I’m consistently amazed at all of the pet fur that it finds. Leaves something to be desired on carpets but I’m sure its getting some things. I just do a pass on the carpets when I feel like it with a more powerful vacuum. Definitely has saved me time on trying to keep up with all the pet fur my dog leaves.
Love the dust collection bin on this thing and it is the reason I bought it over other vacuums with a collection bin. NO BAGS TO THROW AWAY AND REPLACE. This is how it should be, no extra waste!!
Of course it has maintenance, as to all robot vacuums, and that is pretty straight forward. Wiping things down, pulling off some spinning things to remove trapped hair, removing the main spin bar to detangle and brush, and washing off the dust bin and air filter. With the exception of the main spin bar, everything else is easy and quick to clean and replace or leave out to dry.
I have not messed with the mop functionality but purportedly it has one! May try it one day. On the surface that seems more basic, just looks like a capacity to spray water and roll over it with a pad.
One of the bigger shocks that should have been obvious was how this thing gets under places like under the couch. Places I would never clean myself are now dust free. Even had a friend comment about how she was shocked I vacuum under the couch lol.

It’s super easy to get started. Assembly was straightforward and the app is user friendly –for the most basic vacuuming, you can just press a button and leave it to its job.
There’s hardwood, carpet, and tile flooring in my place and the robot has no problem with any types of surfaces. The vacuum is strong yet relatively quiet. I’m not going to try using the mop if my soup spills but yes for daily maintenance. For the first-time mop, the water came out after 2 min but afterwards it spread out pretty evenly. It travels faster in open space (gets the job done quickly) and slows down to clean the corners. And it self-empties automatically after my second clean (so I assume it knows how much dust it accumulates and self-empties as needed).
It’s good at avoiding and mapping obstacles yet cleans the edges. Even has no problem getting on and off a small shaggy rug by itself. The only problem is that it doesn’t work well with thin cables (thicker ones are fine) on the ground – they will get into the wheels but fortunately the robot can be taken out relatively easily. Declutter beforehand or do the “no-go zone”.
Overall it’s a no-fuzz solution to maintain a clean home. Works well for lazy people like me.

El producto es aceptable, pero en mi caso particular, la función de fregar no funciona desde nueva., ya que no ha sido posible que bombee agua hacia la fregona. He intentado todo lo que sugiere el manual de usuario para intentar arreglar esta función, sin resultado alguno.
La atención del vendedor es nula y no responde a la garantía. Compré garantía extendida AIG GARANPLUS, y ellos solo responden desde que haya vencido la garantía del fabricante, la cual es nula en México.
No recomiendo ni el producto, ni al vendedor.

This is a great addition to your weekly cleaning routine. The vacuum is powerful. The app works well. It goes from hardwood to carpet in a breeze, stopping the wet function from the dry function without major issues. The mapping abilities for the app are just great! Fully customizable and wicked accurate, even as you move furniture.
The issues are: 1 – water container runs dry and the robot keeps cleaning, so you may end up with the house half moped, half not. 2 – the dust container in the robot fills up, sometimes half way thru the house. I wish there was a sensor that directs the vacuum to the charge station for a quick self empty session, and then resume cleaning where it left off. You can stop the robot manually thru the app and direct it to the charge station to empty, but that is not the goal with an automated cleaning system after all.
I would give it a 5 start if the app would tell me when the water tank is empty, if the dust bin would automatically empty once full, and if the equipment would give me a foot massage.
Also, don’t expect a DEEP CLEANING. This is a great maintenance for your house, but nothing compares to good old elbow grease.
