These fit my Pearl Premiero bongos perfectly! They look good, and sound good. Overall volume is a little louder than the original heads as well
Edward Camacho –
The large head fits fine.
The small 7 1/4 doesn’t.
I have vintage bongos, small head is 7 1/2”
My bad, need just put on leather on small bongo head ala old school.

The Hombra does not fit the large bongo. The small head fit and is excellent.
Ratatouie –
I was having a hard time finding a female bongo head for the cheap bongos I bought to play in Florida. It had to be synthetic because the tuning drives you mad with how the climate impacts it. I received it Saturday at 3pm. I had a show at 7pm so I went through the time consuming process of tuning a head that would normally would be considered oversized. However, it was not from the outer rim of the head size. It would fit the hoop, so immediately started the tuning and de-tuning until I got to the sound I was looking for and went another half turn and let it sit for an hour. De-tuned a full turn from that position and went to setup. It performed very well. It looks weird because Evan’s hembra and Remo macho, but I take sound over looks. Hope it lasts

This is a godsend = after I split my 2nd LP hide head in next to no time I decided synthetic is the way! It’s bright and crackly and it’s going strong after ages and ages. No regrets!!

Prodotto di qualità, versatile
e facile da montare e accordare.
Top.
