I have been playing guitar since the early 1970’s. I ordered this guitar package for my grand daughter for Christmas but it didn’t get here in time so I gave her one of mine, she was very happy with that. So when this came I carefully unpacked it with the idea that I was going to send it back. So I tuned it up and installed an old DeArmond pickup and plugged it in. It blew my mind, the sound was great and the action was super fast and easy to play. I normally play my old 1972 Guild, I can honestly say this guitar played as easy and sounded as good as the Guild (that was not easy for me to say) and for this price which included a hard case tuner and strings , it is just an unbelievable deal. If anything changes I will do an update, for now I am very happy with this guitar and strongly recommend it. I would like to know what strings came on the guitar, they appear to be very light but I do not know what brand they are. (who ever set this guitar up knew what they were doing, the action was perfect)

This is my first guitar, the cost was good value. I purchased a bundle which was the solid mahogany electric acoustic, dreadnaught cutaway, gear lux hard case, electric tuner, extra strings, picks, and strap. The price of the guitar and case are a great value buy themselves. So the added value of everything else in the bundle is a true bonus along with the free online lessons. You could save money by not getting the electric version if you don’t have to. The electric version of course has a pickup and also has a built in tuner. Let me just say I am very happy with what I got and not only does it sound nice it also looks great

After over 25 years without playing, I went to a buddy’s place and played with one of there acoustic guitar. And I got hook again. More than ever. Was looking around and found that package deal on Amazon. Got the guitar couple weeks later in Canada. Good packaging, no issue. I did bring it to a local guitar tech for a full set up. (Few adjustment needed before playing). And here I am. I use to play in my teenage time in a band. And man….this sounds good. No words. This is the best sounding acoustic guitar I ever touch. Right price (less than $600 Canadian). Guitar is awesome and sounds amazing but I think I’m more impress with the rest of the package. The hard case (Gear Lux) is a high end quality case. Tuner, spare set of strings etc…. And it is a Fender!!! Looking and sounding like one. Stop shopping and buy it. Perfect for beginners and expert players.

J’avais déjà une Fender Malibu électroacoustique et une Yamaha APX500 et la Fender CD60SCE est de loin supérieure au niveau du son de la caisse en acajou et de la touche douce du manche de Fender. Guitare incroyable pour le prix !!! Très bon achat !!! Branchée ou non, elle a un son sensationnel !!!

I would give this a 5 star but I’m kindof upset that they put a hard to peel sticker on the pick guard. While trying to peel that sticker off, I scratched the guard taking away the nice smooth look. I’m going to have to buy a new guard so I’m disappointed. But the guitar is awesome. This is my first quality guitar and I can feel and hear the difference.

This is a fabulous package. Everything arrived on time and in very good condition. Packaged very well. The little things that come with it were a nice bonus. The guitar. Wow. I’m more of a Gibson fan, but thought I’d give this a try. Put it through a tough work out playing just about everything, rock, blues a little country and it performed admirably. Didn’t lose pitch or tone. Sounded great through my Boss Katana. Overall 2 thumbs up and 5 stars.

I’ve just received the Fender CD-60SCE Solid Top Dreadnought Acoustic-Electric Guitar you sent me. It arrived in a simple box, in the case, but with no packing whatsoever. It moved freely in the light cardboard box. Examining the contents I found the case gouged in a few places. It is not a Fender case as one would expect. It does not fit the instrument as it should as the attached photos show. Most serious is that the electric portion does not work. This may be damage that occurred in transit. Plugging in the guitar gives only a loud buzz, no guitar at all. I’ve spoken with Fender and they have given me an authorized service center for repair. It seems you do no testing before sending out the instrument to the buyer. A trouble I am having is that I like the acoustic sound. I don’t want to send it back. . I like this guitar which is no achievement of yours. I will do my best to talk with Fender about the quality of your business practices. Four hundred for a wrong damaged case packed in a light cardboard box with no packing, damaged instrument. I am not a satisfied customer. I advise you to consider my offer.

This guitar is amazing, Sounds beautiful and produce deep and the resonance is unbelievable. Just be mindful that this one needs to upgrade the plastic nut, saddle and strings. After I installed a real bone and 11-45. This is sound as good as my Martin.
