Traded in the old model for the new Charger 2, it provides a lot more information on the wrist display. There are more features on the APP, and the charging device is much more convenient. Overall I am very satisfy with the product after a few weeks of use

I have had this fitbit for a few weeks now and I have’t had any trouble with it! It’s really motivating and I can see why people love these devices. This one is a good price and I love the pale purple band.

En remplacement d’un bracelet no-name chinois… ça n’a rien à voir !

Good product. wish my wife would wear it consistently.

The price of the watch is good compared to its features. I did not like it. If you want to look at the hour of exercise time, I have to press it from the side until it opens like that if you sweat the hand and do not count the pulse.

I never thought I’d be one of these people. Counting steps, and what not. Low and behold, I am a believer. Its a fun way to push yourself to do a little more. I love it.

I have had this fit bit for a week now and so far I am impressed with it and happy with the money I spent. I am not particularly a ‘techy’ person BUT found the set up and use of the charge 2 quite straight forward. The user guides are ok but not very comprehensive and I had to teach myself just by navigating around the app to get the menus set up on the fitbit as I wanted them. Basically the app controls the device and then bluetooth transfers the data from and to it in order to update your steps or update the menus etc you can see on the fit bit etc. The sleep tracker is really good and v interesting. I don’t know how it does it but it is accurate – it seems to know to the minute when I got out of bed! Also if I wake in the night I make a mental note of the time and it has registered that I was awake at that time. Steps and heart rate seem to monitor very well too. I have tracked some of my walks with the GPS and found it to be accurate. The fitbit connects to my phone well (Huawei P smart) and I actually don’t notice I am wearing it most of the time. I don’t wear it ALL the time – i.e. take it off doing housework so it doesn’t get damaged. I attempted to purchase and apply a screen guard but with little success so I gave up – i’ll just be careful not to scratch the screen. It would have been nice for fitbit to put one on during manufacture really. Sometimes the double tap to wake it up doesn’t work and sometimes moving my wrist to see the time also doesn’t work BUT not so I think its faulty and it is only on a few occasions. KEEP ANY DARK DYED CLOTHES/CLOTHS AWAY FROM LIGHT COLOURED BANDS! The dye will transfer onto it – I found this out when I tried to install the screen guards and used the black dust cloth provided – v upset as it was brand new BUT the dye seems to have rubbed off as I have worn it so all good again! Overall I am really pleased with it – the main reason I bought it was to track my heart rate and sleep – I have a step counter on my phone but don’t have that on me ALL the time but the fitness and exercise tracker element of the fitbit has encouraged me to walk more which can only be a good thing. I don’t think I am using it to its full potential yet but have only had it a week. The fitbit community forum is handy for answering set up questions you may have. I would recommend this – its a reasonable price but think the app, ease of use, band choice and reliability of the product makes it worth the money and I am glad I bought it after days of fretting about which one to get.

I bought this product for my father in law in India, he was very excited about it. But, this watch does not charge some days and the customer service was not very helpful either. I wanted to return the product in return for an exchange for the same thing but they won’t let me do it.

This Fitbit is the fourth one that I have had since 2016. In each instance the wristband has become disconnected and I have tried to unsuccessfully repair it. This Fitbit and the one I had before it, regularly stop counting my steps and I have to go into the phone app to sync for it to start counting again. I have completed countless steps that have not been logged because of that. I have tried the troubleshooting and contacted the company, but it doesn’t help. I like having a step tracker, but I am very disappointed that the product doesn’t perform well. I purchased a warranty for the last two, but I can’t find the one for this one. Sigh!

Twice broke. Bought for my mom, steps were wildly inaccurate (kind of shocking in 2020), returned for slightly more accurate one, but still not great and the band on that one broke. Not sure the particular model, or the brand, which kind of surprises me as it’s such a big name but doesn’t really seem worth much

This is my 2nd Charge 2. The first one was still working but I broke off the piece that you connect the wristband with and wanted another. I lost 75 pounds in a year and I give my fitbit with the Fitbit site where you see all your data the reason. I’m 68 and thought I knew all there was to know about dieting and losing weight. Well I didn’t but now I finally understand what it takes to lose 1 pound in a week. Yep, that’s not much but not real hard to accomplish. The site is full of neat things to see about what’s going on with your health. I have hyperthyroidism which causes a fast heartbeat and with my Fitbit was able to monitor my heartbeat and inform my doctor. My info caused my doctor to send me to a specialist and now with medication my heart no longer beats at 114 bpm.
Using the step count and website info I selected 4000 steps a day to lose 1 pound a week. Yes that’s slow but I wanted to eat what I normally do but change how much and how often. I knew from past dieting I just gained it right back as soon as I started eating like I did before losing weight. In other words eating a baked potato with butter was something I would eat again once off my diet. So I used the Fitbit website and put in what I ate everyday (which I normally hate to do) but didn’t seem so bad when I was customizing on my own terms. It took a few weeks but I found out I needed to make some changes. Not what I ate but how much to eat to lose 1 pound a week, walking at least 4000 steps a day. All I can say when I finally reached my 75 lbs goal it hadn’t seemed like I had been through torture but through enlightment. My Fitbit worked great each and everday. When I first got it I had to contact customer support and let me tell you they were very helpful. Let’s face it I literally didn’t know 1 thing about a Fitbit when I got it. All in all I didn’t fight I needed to help myself and I decided I would figure out how to accomplish weight loss without being mad that I couldn’t eat haphazardly and expect a healthy body. Love Fitbit!
