It was complicated to set up and VERY difficult to secure the watch band to my wrist without help.. After I got a friend to connect the watch with my cell phone and her daughter to help me attach the watchband to my wrist, it was fun to wear. It is very attractive, unlike my previous black plastic smart phone, which lasted a couple of years and then stopped working. It has an endless amount of features and has been fun to explore them.

I am amazed by this watch. I have skinny wrists and it is perfect! I have such a hard time finding watches that fit my wrist without it looking huge. It dresses up nice for work or dresses down for a casual evening out. It is comfortable on the wrist. I love that it can monitor my steps, blood pressure, sleep, oxygen, and so much more. I would definitely purchase this again if I needed another watch. I get so many compliments on it.

I selected gold, but the color is more like copper. It’s a bit heavy/clunky compared to wearing a FitBit, which is where I came from. I like the app and how it tracks not only steps, but sleep, heartbeat, BP, menstro cycle, and oxygen levels. It can notify you of phone calls as well, but I am not using that feature. I wish I could easily change out bands – as the metal band is a bit tricky to get clasped tight to make sure it stays on. I’ve only had it a few weeks, but am still getting used to it. It was easy to set up and get started. I also wish it would notify me when my battery is in need of charging. It’s a good value for all that it does compared to FitBit, but takes some getting used to.

I thought I had received the wrong order because I had ordered “gold” thinking that it would be yellow gold, but it’s rose gold, which I realized was not a mistake because when I received my replacement watch, it was again, rose gold. So please, change the option to Rose Gold rather than just Gold, as not everyone likes that particular color.
Aside from the color of the metal, the watch is sleek, comfortable and it did take some getting used to, when putting the watch on, but once you know the trick, then it’s quite easy.
As far as accuracy goes, the fitness portion was great, regarding steps and milage. The BPM was accurate, but the blood pressure was no, which I had tested against an actual blood pressure machine shortly before using the watch to take a reading – just an FYI. The sleep reading is good, it has a scrool option to see each frame of sleep pattern change with the times throughout the graph – ie. when did I reach the deep sleep, when did my REM occur, etcetera.
If they didn’t mess up on the color of the watch in the description it would have definitely gotten 5 stars, but for the price, it’s a great watch.

I tried out at least 5 different fitness watches on Amazon, and this one was by far the best! The battery life lasted 2.5 weeks , while the others I tried lasted 3-7 days.
To save battery I turn off screen so I have to press the button to see the time and fitness info.
The fitness info was accurate (I tested it by tracking with my phone and watch at the same time)
The watch is really beautiful and not too bulky or heavy like most of the other ones.
I was tired of my Apple Watch dying after 1 day and being too complicated to use.
The features on this one are really easy to navigate and there are a lot of workouts to choose from.

 I just picked up the gold FITVII Nexa Fitness Tracker, and wow, I’m impressed! Not only does it look great on my wrist, but it’s also packed with all the features I need to keep up with my busy lifestyle.
First, the gold color is just beautiful. It’s got that elegant look that goes well with everything, whether I’m working out or going out. It’s also super comfy to wear all day, which is a big plus for me. I would be careful when snapping to make sure the band does not break.
Making and receiving calls right from my wrist is the coolest thing. It’s super convenient when I’m on the move and don’t want to dig around for my phone, especially during workouts or when I’m just running around doing errands.
The health features are pretty neat. It tracks my heart rate, oxygen, and even blood pressure throughout the day. It’s not a medical device, but it’s great for monitoring my overall wellness and making sure I’m not overdoing it.
This watch seriously has a sports mode for just about everything. I’ve been trying out new workouts because I can easily track them. Plus, it’s water-resistant, so no worries about getting sweaty or caught in the rain.
The sleep tracker automatically tells me how I slept, which is eye-opening. I love the little extras like weather updates, music controls, and the super handy ‘find my phone’ feature.
Battery life is solid, too—I charge it once a week, and that’s all it needs. It charges fast, too!

Attractive looking, rose gold metal. Was easy to set up n sync with smart phone. Good life on battery. Comes with charging plug. What I like the most, I can check my steps n see my count throughout the day- knowing if I’ve been pretty active all day. I also like having a few choices of display from very simple to more complex.
