SUHYUN KIM –
I bought this bed for my old 80-pound service dog to take on a trip to use at the hotel since he can no longer jump up into the bed, and to also use it in the bars and restaurants since it has a handy carrying bag. Laying on hard floors is tough on older dogs with hip issues. I wanted him to get used to it at home first, and he took to it immediately. He always has to lie next to me at home even though he has a big donut bed in the living room and an orthopedic bed in the bedroom. This new bed can now be used when he wants to lay next to me when I’m on the couch, and then move it next to my bed for the evening instead of being on rugs that are not as comfortable as this newfound friend-bed he seems to nod off in straight away. Thank you for making this bed, Fur Haven, and with a kind price tag. Amazon, thank you too for carrying it in your inventory. It arrived quickly and was well packaged.

I wanted this for backpacking with my dog. She seems to like it at home. Itโs lightweight and compresses pretty small. Exactly what I wanted.

This is perfect for travel and keeping my dog off the hard ground. I did not find this to be too thin as others had mentioned. This is not meant to be a fluffy bed, but rather a mat to offer some protection from the ground. It packs down very small and light and the fabric is quite soft on top. This is something meant for daytime use around the campsite or taking breaks on hikes. It is not meant for long-term sleeping. Keep that in mind and this will be a perfect addition for your dog. Iโm really glad I purchased.

I actually like the bed. The intended use is for a designated spot and a little comfort when we have our dog out with us, rather than laying on the ground or concrete or whatever. The thickness is adequate, especially for this type of travel bed, and it packs up well. The problem is the sizing. It didn’t just look smaller that or should be – we actually measured it and it’s about 2 inches short in each dimension. That makes it a bit small for our 75lb mixed breed. Those extra 2 inches would’ve made a big difference. There was no larger size available, so we will need to return it.

This is my second purchase. Unfortunately, this was more expensive then my first stuff sack mat. I have a Service Dog and I am now training a puppy to be a service dog for someone else (SDiT). These Mats are easy to carry, easy to take out and put back into the stuff sack. I just washed the 2 mats and their carry bags and they held up great after the washer and dryer. If you take yoir Service Dog to restaurants or just hang out at a Mall/Library/etc. these mats are perfect.

Travel bed. Light, silky/nylon fabric. We use it for 50# dog.
Light weight, can put in washer and dryer

This is my dogโs favourite bed. It has plenty of loft, washes well, and must be comfortable. It easily fits my 55lbs standard poodle when heโs curled up or side sleeping.

Bought this bed to carry with us when we go to my son and daughter-in-lawโs house and use in the camper for an outside bed. It does both well, and washes and dries like a dream! Itโs big enough for a 70 pound dog to lie on and while itโs not particularly substantial, he realizes that thatโs his โspotโ.

I purchased the travel bed for a camping trip… I have a 75lbs boxer and the largest option was a little awkward for her. It was not big enough for her to stretch out, she was limited to sleeping in a ball. This was definitely not made for larger dogs.

I had another brand that I had bought for our dogs, and knew that I wanted one that is slippery on both sides for ease of cleaning. This one is perfect. The toggle on the stuff bag was a little cheap, and does not hold tight at all, but this one is being used inside a kennel for sleeping. It has a nice fluff, and I have hot sleepers, so I think they like the cooler top. They look so cozy when its bedtime. If i was going to be pulling it out a lot, I’d upgrade the toggle on the stuff sack to hold it in for backpacking. I may have just gotten a bad one though, who knows. I do like that with the fabric, nothing sticks to it. The other brand one we have would have dirt, twigs, etc stuck to the side that i like to have on the bottom. If I hadn’t bought that one last year, i would have 2 of these for sure.

Price was right, size was accurate, but most importantly my dog loves it. She will pull it out and use it when ever she feels to do so. I can’t rate on comfort as I haven’t used it but my dog uses it versus not using in on the floor so I will take it that it is better
