Smaller then I expected

Had bag for less than 5 months and strap completely broke off of it. Items that were kept in it were a pack of gum, a towel and my phoneโฆ yoga mat was cheaper, lighter mat. Would not recommend.

I love that it hold my yoga mat and has zippered pockets for other stuff as well. Easy to use, wish it was able to hold slightly bigger items so I can carry my bigger yoga mats.

I love this bag! I got it because I have a small service dog due to military service PTSD. The trainers suggested we carry a dog “diaper bag” with essentials every where we go as well as a thier mat (they are trained to stay on their mat when commanded – like an invisible crate). I believe this could work fine for bigger dogs as well. A great plus is that it is a pretty bag.
Most of the people in our program were men with big service dogs, but I am a small woman with a small service dog and didn’t want to carry a huge tactical backpack everywhere. When I saw this I was so excited! I can carry wet wipes, paper towels, hand sanitizer, a collaspible bowl, extra potty bags a chew toy and a flask of of water in the main compartment with room to spare. In the front pocket I can carry my phone, small wallet, chip stick, mask and keys. The straps carry my dog’s pad perfectly without bulk!!!
This is one of the best purchases I have made! I love it so much! I have been using it about a month nowand it is well made and easy to use. I highly recommend!

I take this bag with me to hot yoga 3-4 times a week. I like minimalistic carriers for my mat, because I prefer letting it breathe and air out instead of enclosing it inside a bag, especially after a hot, sweaty class. However, I also like having a place to hold a small towel, my keys, phone and other miscellaneous small items, which this is perfect for. The charcoal gray is a nice neutral color that matches pretty much everything, and there’s even a nice piece of metallic hardware for the logo.
I love everything about this carrier except for the straps. The large one for your shoulder and the small ones that hold the mat are made of the same super slippery material, and the buckles don’t hold the straps’ length very well. One tiny tug and the straps slide through the buckles with little resistance, which ruins any amount of time you spend adjusting the straps to the right length. This is especially annoying for the mat, if (like me) you like having your mat rolled up nice and tight. The looser the straps slide out, the more unrolled your mat will get, which may even cause it to fall out. I’ve circumvented this issue by using a separate mat wrap from Gaiam to keep it rolled tightly. It’s inconvenient, but I’m happy with the rest of the bag, so I’ll continue to use it this way.
For reference in the photos, I’m 5’3″.

This turned out to be too small of a bag for me. I need to carry a small wallet, keys, hand towel, hand sanitizer, emergency travel size deodorant and some feminine products and itโs not big enough for all of that. I ended up having to tie the hand towel to the yoga mat straps so Iโd carry a mat and water bottle in my hands. The straps donโt fit a thicker workout mat. As others have said, the straps are too smooth and they widen easily so they loosen around your yoga mat. Iโm quite disappointed. It also has no structure. Is so wobbly that everything inside it moves around. The inside pockets donโt help because there is no structure and open easily. I then tried using it as an everyday bag but the yoga straps get in the way. I donโt know what to do with the bag.
Iโm now carrying a small Nike kidโs backpack that did the trick. Instead of carrying a water bottle in my hand, Iโll settle for crying the workout mat and everything else fits in the little backpack.

This was exactly what I needed. I take my mat with me to the gym so that I can do some exercises on the floor and not have to track theirs down. Also, my mat is 3/4″ thick, so I need more cushion on my joints than the ones at the gym. This bag is absolutely perfect! It fits all I need in it except my water bottle. That would be the only suggestion is to add a mesh side to hold a large water bottle. But, for now, I just use a carabiner clip and I am ready for anything!

I really like this bag. I have to start there. Good size. Not flashy. Just enough space. But less than 6 months of use and the outer pocket zipper has come undone, and the lining of that pocket separated from the bag. Keep in mind Iโve been using this bag daily. So itโs gotten a good breaking in. Does just what itโs supposed to do. Iโll prolly hold off on getting another one and deal with the break on this one. Still, Iโm glad itโs working out for others. Hopefully mine is a one-off issue.

I wanted so badly to like this but I can’t in good conscious recommend it. During the first attempt at putting my yoga mat in the straps slowly loosened and made their way open. Also the bag is not wide enough so the mat flops back and forth while cutting into my shoulder. It needs to be wider, sturdier and have a thicker strap that doesn’t allow for it to come open. I’ve been doing yoga for over 20 years and had a lot of yoga mats and mat holders. This was unfortunately the worst. I made the mistake of reading other reviews that said the same and just thought mine was going to be different. It was not. Heading to UPS to return it tomorrow.

I really like this product at first, but the straps that hold the mat would not stay tight. After the second use, one of the clips that holds the strap in place snapped off. I am waiting for the replacement, and hope it will be sturdier.
