Great beginner gun but not a final game if you are an avid player. I have had a year and I am ready to upgrade to a gun with higher fps. This one is barely 320 fps with 20 gram. Nice rate of fire but a weird sound and the sights aren’t great as the wiggle a ton.

I use this gun to scare woodpeckers off of my house. I mounted it to a step ladder and pull a string with a pulley system when I hear them pecking. Have actually hit three woodpeckers. The pattern is not bad and I use “auto” mode. I pull the trigger with a pulley system so I stay out of sight. I sighted it in in the back yard with a laser pointer fixed to the barrel. I want to add a RC model servo to make it easier to pull the trigger. The Grandkids also like to target practice on a target taped to a cardboard box in the backyard. I bought a spare battery to keep one charged. Be careful to get the right number of cells because a longer one won’t fit the battery chamber.

The media could not be loaded.

Just donโ€™t expect to start slaying players right off the bat. The rounds that come with this gun seem to be accurate so once you run out of those pay close attention to the grams of the bbโ€™s bc those will dictate whether youโ€™ll be accurate enough or will have to adjust the hop up. I believe the gun comes with 500 .20 gram bbโ€™s to demonstrate the weaponโ€™s accuracy. So donโ€™t mess with the hop up switch thatโ€™s located in the slide just yet.

Other than that, the guns amazing for the price range. You got a small rifle that will easily fit in a backpack for when you want to go out to the field to play. Good fire rate on full auto and as I said before with the right ammo and hop up configuration, thing is accurate as hell which was surprising. Just be gentle with the hop up switch when you move it around. Best of all, the gun comes with a battery and charger. The foldable stock also allows you to change your preference on the spot as most m4 style guns force you to use the buttstock so if youโ€™re doing cqb, you should fold the stock in.

There is such as as a new player with top of the line airsoft rifle can be beaten in a match with a guy whoโ€™s experienced using this gf76 for example. But if itโ€™s an experience player with top line gun, then thatโ€™s a challenge. So, always be on the lookout before you move up on the field to control points.

So yea, great starter rifle. Iโ€™ll be getting an extra mag for it so I can do the โ€œIraqi reloadโ€

This was my first airsoft gun and I wanted to get something pretty budget but one that also still had good range and accuracy. I’ll go over each of these:
Range: Pretty good, you will want to add just a touch of hop up. Once you add enough hop up so that the bbs don’t fly up but you get a little more range they probably drop around 100 meters would be my guess. Maybe a bit more
Accuracy: Great! The sight is a little weird since you have to look through the scaffolding, but it hits right where you aim. I’m planning on getting a red dot soon.
Power: Seems pretty good. Definitely not less than 350 fps.

Overall this is a great airsoft gun. In addition to all of this, it’s extremely durable. The shell is mostly metal and it is very strong. An example of this is I was playing airsoft with some of my friends on their wooded property and they ambushed my team. I was sprinting through the forest and tripped on a root and the gun slammed into a tree. Aside from a little dent, it was completely fine, whereas I was expecting something to be seriously broken. So that was definitely impressive.
Last but not least, it came with quite a few accessories. There was a nice sling which works great, the thing to clean out the barrel, battery and charger, and 500 nice crossman bbs as opposed to the small packs of cheap ones my friends got with their guns. Overall a great puchase.

I’m no mil-sim larp airsoft machine gun master, but the gun seems ok. I’ve been out of the air soft world for the better part of two decades, started back when airsoft began, played old-school paintball before that. I thought, what the heck, let’s see how much a “lower end” air soft gun has been improved.

After reading the instructions I charged the battery for about 4 hours – the charger seems sketchy and has no charge indicator light or anything. The instructions are just like “Don’t overcharge battery, but don’t undercharge it. Charge 4-6 hours.” It’s not really that hard to remove the battery and put it back in- READ THE INSTRUCTIONS! Then I fiddled with getting the magazine to load for the better part of fifteen minutes and then re-read the pamphlets before I could get it to work correctly.

I figured out that at first I’d overloaded the magazine (filled to the brim with BB’s)- I unloaded it and then reloaded it to about 50% capacity. You stick the magazine in the gun first, then you start winding the wheel in the bottom (flicking it with finger) and shaking the ammo back and forth in there till you feel the wheel get tight. Then it fed pretty well – will do at least 25-30 rounds usually before it starts missing feed and you just shake and spin the wheel till it gets tight again. Pretty quick reloading. Ended up shooting a couple mags worth of BB’s. You can hear when you start getting low on ammo in the mag (less bb’s shaking free in the magazine.)

The accuracy is pretty good with 20 gram BB’s – put it on full auto you can light up whatever you want pretty easily. Its probably about the rate-of-fire advertised. Full auto is really fun.

The hop-up turned up maybe 1/3 is more than enough for comfortable shooting distance out to about 30- 40 yards. I imagine in a windless day you could fiddle with the hop-up for longer range shots. Past 40 yards or so the bb’s are really floating.

Will probably be burning some ammo through this thing, using it at night when I walk the farm dogs on critter patrol around the chicken coop. This thing will definitely deter critters at close range. Get outa here possum!

Overall I’m thinking this gun is a little less than what I expected – I’m a cheapo and feel that maybe $60-80$ would have been a better value for the quality. For the money thought it would have been easier to operate/load and more sturdy feeling. Maybe for the money, compared to other guns in its price range, its pretty nice. But I have nothing else to compare it to.

Ima keep messing with it and using it, will update on how it holds up and what I think.

Four stars because of the wobbly magazine and the seemingly cheap aspects of the construction. Will definitely break if you trip and fall on it or drop it on concrete. It just seems real plastic and clattery. Thought this thing would be STURDY (more like an actual, real gun.) Who knows though maybe it will prove me wrong and work for years and years. But I have high expectations (bought a low-end paintball gun in 1997 that still works.)

***UPDATE**** Two serious design flaws so far – 1- Semi auto often freezes up (trigger stops working.) I have to set it back to safe or full auto, and then it will work again. -2- When stock is folded, it seriously interferes with the fire mode selector. So much so that I just leave it folded out when in use.

I will say, once you get used to the gun, it loads and feeds fine. Load mag, leave enough room to slosh bb’s around, stick in gun, spin wheel till it gets tight, and it feeds fine. Probably 40-50 shots before it starts missing. Have burned 6-7 mags through it so far without a recharge.
