GAMO Arrow will give GAMO a bad name if it has not already. I own the GAMO Urban. Owned it for over 6 years now. Still holds air and is ready to shoot. The Urban is a tack Driver made in the UK. Read reviews on Tube about the Arrow. Bought one. After my 5-6 shot I could no longer group. Around 8th shot could see plastic flying around and all over the place every time I pulled the trigger. What? Barrel moving around. Can see that the ring around the barrel to stock was made from plastic and shattered. What? This part is made from plastic? Sent this POJunk back. GAMO needs to pull it from the market! Surprised it is still being sold.

I had the Gamo raptor whisper for a few years and it was an ok first air rifle. I got the Arrow, my first PCP, and it is leaps above what I was using. I simply use it for back yard plinking and shooting squirrels. There is no recoil when shooting and it is incredibly quiet. Perfect for what I need! Itโ€™s very easy to fill with a hand pump and the scope I put on it makes this thing lethal.

I purchased the .22 cal which was a lot of fun to shoot while it lasted. I shot about 200 hundred rounds before it broke. It is pretty accurate at 30yds for about 2 mags. Then it starts losing velocity and starts dropping. So I would not recommend shooting it any farther. I contacted Gamo about my broken rifle and they were very helpful with good customer service.

First off fun to shot as adult fits well and hold dime sized group 50ish to 60ish yards. Lightwieght gun shot 4 tins of pellets first day and saved enough money to pay for the gun vs 22lr ammo. The pellet hitting the target is louder than the gun. Only complaints is no way of using a single shot tray and magazine doesn’t like lightwieght slugs it tries to rotate and closes 1/4ish way. These has caused some feeding issues at first. Stock is not adjustable so my 8yr son couldn’t shoulder the rifle properly out of the box. Also he’s small framed 8yr old so he has hard time holding the wieght of the gun. I fixed these complaints with a bipod and cutting the stock down and taking a tooth pick or something and you can push the pellets all the way to the front of the mag or just going with a higher wieght pellet like I did and i fixed these small complaints. Plan on buying another for myself to use to go squirrel hunting with my son together. Kills squirrels and other small game effectively honestly i will probably retire my ruger 10 22 for small game hunting with this air rifle. I really enjoy it and it’s cheapest pcp I own so I’m not new to pcp air guns I currently use a pcp 50 caliber for deer hunting and 357 caliber with a thermal scope for coyote control on my land. If you have never used a pcp your in for a surprise but do yourself a favor buy a electric pump lol
