I will start with good it’s light not like Rand one power cord to run no dropped signal voice calling works ok some speed limits are wrong it still looks cartoon maps compared to the Rand . My biggest complaint would be no text on the screen you still have to use your phone . This is after one day but I will give it a try for the long term then decide if I go back to Rand McNally

This has been an absolute dumpster fire of a GPS. Upgraded from a 00 model to the 20 model and after about a week and a half of use i went back to using my older 00 model. If you are a rookie driver and not at least familiar with the route you need to take this GPS will make your trip longer, a coast to coast trip it will put you on a route that will take 4 to 5 hours longer to do, it will take you off the main interstate and put you on dinky backroads just to put you back on the interstate. And has a mile long list of bugs which when calling cust service to try and report the bugs no one seems to take it serious. After owning the gps for about 1 and half to 2 months now i start it up to check for updates and not the first update has been pushed out telling me that there is no improvements nor bug fixes taking place. Stick to the 00 or 10 models if you need a gps, if only 20’s are available stick with google maps you will probably have better luck, just check your atlas for height/weight restrictions roads

GPS has great features, some of them are great some of them are failed attempt to improve this machine!
Need time to connect, keyboard sluggish, feels like empty bucket:-) very cheap made! But without competition Garmin rules no need to keep with quality!
Bottom line you will get to your destination, why GPS feels like cheap piece of plastic from China? Who cares!

The media could not be loaded.
Upgraded from the 810 and wish I would not have done that. The icons on the screen cannot be deleted nor replaced and the saved addresses never communicate with the cloud whatsoever. I will be returning this model and going back to the prior model. The only true difference between this, and the last model is the addition of wind speed, and a different home screen layout that you cannot change as the user. It is not worth upgrading.
