These cases are solid. Very well built. Great for standard sized Marshall heads. Perfect fit for JCM’s & JVM’s.

The functionality and versatility make this a great case. Used for full size Marshall head. Seems to offer good protection. It weighs about twenty five pounds. Only time will tell about durability vs cost. My only fixable issue is the SMELL! The foam must have serious voc. Two days on screen porch seems to have cured this problem. So, a little stinky but a nice case. Maybe Gator Cases can send us some odor spray.

Solid case, good value for the money. They give you all of the extra foam padding to customize the inside for your amp head. A little heavy but solid.

Not as nice as an Anvil case, which is custom made for your amp (or a couple amps and they include an insert so the smaller of the bunch will fit just as snugly as the larger) and the Anvil is only about $50ish more than the gator… save a bit longer and get an anvil, they are the best of the best, used by every major band in rock history, Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, AC/DC, pick a big name act and they use anvil… you cant go wrong.
otherwise get the SKB version, same design type but injection molded plastic construction so it is a TON lighter that the traditional ATA case, with the same protection.

Very nice case! We purchased it for my husband’s VOX guitar amp when we were moving. He wanted to make sure the movers didn’t damage his amp. There were plenty of different sizes of foam padding included in the case so he could customize the way the amp fit in the case. He is very happy with the purchase. It has to be the smoothest gliding anything I’ve ever seen too.

Nice Protection for gigs. Easy to move around the stage with wheels unlocked and stays in place when in locked. Cannot be unlocked by mistake. (You don’t want your rig rolling across the stage as you are playing) . Can use with the back with a cleverly placed name plate that slides to access a hole for you Head to Speaker cords or has a flip down compartment.
