Roger Swierstra –
Very high quality and comfortable.
Jak Kuehn –
A friend had a GCI chair that was well built and comfortable so I looked up the brand. Initially I had reservations about spending $110 on a folding chair, but the last folding camp chair I had for over 20 years before I lost it, so I decided cost wasn’t a factor. I wanted something compact, packed well, and was comfortable. I like that this can seat me at a normal height so I can sit at a table and still eat. I am an engineer and love and appreciate how it all folds together in a super space efficient way.
DAVID Mote –
Un poco grande pero es cómoda
Bruce Levins –
Managed to get them in sale, they are very high quality as compared to others I have had. Fold up very small into nice shoulder bag, and are very good size and comfortable
Matthew West –
This is the first comfortable portable chair I have ever found. I used to just sit on the ground rather than sit in those uncomfortable folding canvas chairs.
This chair allows one to sit up straight. I find other canvas chairs curve the back too much.
I have been using this chair for a couple of months and took it on two camping trips. It packs small, making it easy to fit anywhere in the car. It was the perfect chair for relaxing in front of the fire, sitting with friends, or reading a book.
I can’t wait to take it to outdoor shows next summer.

I was so excited to know this was coming in the mail. I was let down. It has some design flaws.
The rubber feet came off after one use and these are not the kind of rubber feet that go right back on. They are not going back on there. Let hope the rest of it is better quality. So far, not. I wrote to the company but, they ignored my email.

Great chair for overlanding and camping if space is at a premium, and you like a sturdy, full size and height chair. Comfortable to sit in, the setup and takedown is uncomplicated and easy. I’ve been using mine for frequent camping and overlanding trips since purchasing and have been really happy with it. I’ve gone through several less expensive chairs over the years, this one is well worth the price.

I have used this very few times, because of a pretty terrible summer here in the UK. It’s not especially comfortable so be cautious of the over-enthusiastic reviews, but it is passable. So, after no more than 5 or 6 outings (in the garden and once camping), one of the telescopic legs no longer stays fixed in position when it’s opened up – it just collapses when used . I am well under the maximum capacity for this thing. There does not appear to be any way to remedy this. Or, indeed, to get customer services contact details to ask for a solution. Can anyone help? Bottom line – it does not deliver. Be wary.

I use mine for canoe camping, and van traveling. The carry case is excellent for camping, but otherwise a nuisance. The chair itself is very comfortable, and is roomy enough for me. There is a bit of a learning curve to opening and closing it, but once you get it, it’s fine. I held off buying this for a long time, beacuse it seems very expensive for a folding outdoor chair. That said, it offers good value given its comfort and sturdiness.
Moira –
Very clever telescopic folding system. Strong and comfortable.
Shawn Martin –
Folds to small size, easy to pack when space is a consideration. Sturdy and comfortable.
Suzann –
I have two of these. They are a struggle to set up and they weigh a ton so not exactly backpacking equipment. I use them for camping and outdoor events but put them in a cart as they are very heavy and crossing a park with even just one over the shoulder can be very painful. A handle would have been nice. They always get stuck when I spread out the seat, have to bang down on the legs and yank a few times to get them to cooperate. And getting them back into the bag is very awkward. However, they pack down very small so take up less room in my car. And they are fairly attractive and comfortable once you settle in. I would rather the fabric run down the back into the seat. I have to put a blanket on the chair if I want to seat my little dog there so she won’t fall out of the gap.

so far very nice
