And heavy and solid and ergonomic and a host of other attributes which AmazonWolf is to currently too lazy to use to denote quality. Put succinctly. I will not hesitate to try other Goldblatt tools in the future, given the option.

This drywall saw has been great as I’m finishing a home studio space. I used it mostly to cut holes in my drywall to install some in-ceiling lights. I noticed that when cutting circles it can be difficult to maneuver as it wants to bend and get a little flimsy but by being patient you’ll be able to get the shape you need. What made it more difficult is that I could not insert the entire blade into the drywall without hitting a junction box at points which made it more difficult.
Cutting through drywall in general with this was a breeze. It penetrates, lets you get a good handle on things, cuts through thick sheets of it, and has teeth for fine detail work like cutting around corners. Definitely a nice all-purpose drywall cutting tool.
