I ordered these volleyball balls for girl beginner players in middle and high school. The balls were perfect. Not too hard for their arms to adjust to nor were the balls too soft and deflated. I highly recommend you ordering these. Also, I love that the order comes with a pump. That was a major plus!

We ordered these for our school, but sadly, one volleyball is defective – it didn’t inflate at all.
There is no option to return just one volleyball or to contact the seller.
If one volleyball can be sent to us, we will really appreciate it.

To start off I don’t play volleyball but I wanted to try it for fun. Let’s just say my wrists hurt like heck. Although I may not be using it properly. The pump was amazing. It was so easy I didn’t even have to read the instructions. The ball is still holding air to this day and I’ve had it for I want to say a month now. Super durable I was able to even kick it around without it losing air. Appearance was nice as it was bright and colorful easy to find if lost.

One out of the 6 balls was defective. The rubber seal had fallen into the ball, making it uninflatable. We couldn’t open up the box due to a myriad of circumstances, so it was unbeknown to me that the one ball was defective for quite some time. Also, the pump is of poor quality. We have used it 5 times (to inflate 5 out of the 6 balls), and it is already leaking air and ineffective.
The manufacturer has refused a replacement for the ball due to their warranty being only a year. Fair I guess, shame on us for not opening the box and checking the quality. I didn’t think I needed to, but apparently did. However, defective is defective. The ball was never used and it arrived that way.
They also refused to replace the ball because the shipping cost of the one ball wasn’t worth it to them. Won’t be buying anymore gym equipment from Go Sports through Amazon.

These balls are in great condition. I got 2 orders, in each order, 1 ball would not hold air. I contacted the company and with in a few hours, they shipped more balls out to me. Great customer service! Great balls to use for my PE classes grades K-5.
