El producto es bueno, la calidad parece suficiente para colocarla al exterior, mรกs no expuesta directamente a la luz solar. Puede ser una buena herramienta para dรญas festivos ya que puede cambiar total o parcialmente de colores.

I like how bright and vibrant these lights are. I do dislike many aspects of them. I don’t like the separate rolls as it makes it more difficult to achieve a look without cords down the middle. I didn’t like how some colors bleed such as the hue of pink between red & white. And while there are many set modes, I wish they were a bit customizable to your own prefered color patterns like other brands.

It’s a great light strip, and I highly recommend it! After I installed them, my neighbor came over and we spent like 20 minutes just testing out different presets. For installation, I used large paper binder clips to help hold the light strip in place as I peeled off the backing and stuck the light strip to the eaves. I was able to affix the lights so that they shine on the face of the house instead of directly down, this worked really well.
Pros:
– Very Bright
– Lots of great presets for any party, holiday, or just dimmable mood lighting (It outputs solid white, ranging from warm to cool).
– Easy to set auto On/Off at certain times.
– I don’t have to put up or take down Christmas lights yearly.
Cons:
– No Native HomeKit Support.
– It only comes with about 14 clips for 65′ of light strip, so I ordered more separately for about $10.
– Installation can take longer than you think.
– The app is not as intuitive as it could be, it’s easy to turn on, set to a mode, etc. but beyond that, it gets more complicated with more advanced features that require a learning curve.
– I don’t see any option for using sunset as a time trigger, like in Apple HomeKit.

I bought this product a year ago, so figured it was time to leave a review.
If youโre thinking of buying this absolutely take the plunge and buy them. We have had them for a year now with zero issues. App is pretty easy to use and connectivity is simple. You can set timers and a set schedule for the lights to turn on and off. You can customize pretty much everything about them in the app. They have preset templates for the holidays, different themes, whatever. Or if you donโt like any of them you can make your own! You can change the colors, pattern, speed, etc and save your templates.
As for durability we havenโt had any issues. Theyโve been up since Nov 2023 and have been through hurricane weather, extreme heat, and hail storms and no damage to the box, wiring, or lights. Of course, they have been under the overhang of our room all year so they havenโt been in the direct weather, but they have for sure gotten wet and done fine.
Theyโre a little bit pricey if you donโt get them on sale, but theyโre meant to be a permanent decoration/light solution so even if you buy them at full price, they pay for themselves in my opinion.

I am a big fan of Govee and have several other of their products that work very well, but the design of these and the “two connected strips” is ridiculous and impractical, and the product page should be more specific.
The product description does not make it clear that the two strips are NOT daisy chained together – they split off in opposite directions from the power source in a Y shape. Better have a power outlet in the exact middle of where you want to put these on your house. I would never have purchased these if I had known they were put together so absurdly.

Let me start off by saying these are absolutely fantastic! I would buy these again and again. I do want to give a fair review though.
Pros:
Incredibly simple to set up and use. The app is really intuitive.
I love being able to customize everything on the lights and work with the music
Incredibly bright, no issues with these looking like they are just random lights
Cons:
Outdoor, the sticky tape didn’t work. I used normal clips and had no problem.
The number of clips you get in the package is insufficient. I needed a lot to prevent sagging.
You have to think about installation… The long strands connect in the middle and go in opposite directions. This means you have to think about how you will run everything. It’s not a barrier; just takes some thought.
Again, these work fantastic, and I love them. I bought a few more and am slowing adding to my house.

They would have been easier to install if I hadnโt done it myself but really it didnโt take long. Have been up since the beginning of November almost 3 months in our Canadian weather without issue.
The app is fairly easy to use and I like you can also control the brightness. Iโll be able to turn them on for any season. So many cool options or build your own colour scheme.
In the picture these are the super bright ones around the door and window.
I wish the 2 lengths were end to end instead of each leading from the box as it made design a little more difficult.
I got a lot of compliments for the Christmas look, canโt wait for the next holiday.
