When we get to see our Grand Kids for the first time and get our turn baby sitting it is apparent that they do not come with manuals and so even though we were parents of babies at some time in our life their crying still is somewhat a mystery after you get past putting a bottle in their mouth or checking their bottoms. This swing is wonderful to have after exhausting 1 and 2 above and so we let it do its trick of which there are many. Starting with comfortable padding that is ergonomic to infants along with somewhat enclosing which makes them feel safe. Their are a number of different swing motions as well as vibration modes that seem to really settle down our fussy Grandchild and seem to settle them so that we can once again pick them up and start fresh with feeding etc. What I like about this unit compared to the one my children at home is (1) a smaller footprint (2) it does not have a handle or accessory bar that hangs directly above the child as this always caused me concern about being cross eyed or overly stimulated and so this appears to be a positive to me. The unit does allow for items to be hung from it but again not overly in your face. Easy to assemble and easy to move around it is not something that is obnoxious in a room. I also like the base as it gives me a comfort level this will not tip, even if my other grand kids decide to mess with the baby. This is as much a gift to Grandma and Grandpa as it is to the baby

This swing is wonderful! We had an expensive 4Moms that would randomly shut off & startle the baby. (We also discovered her likes a traditional swinging motion much better than the movements of the 4Moms “swing”.) I like the 4 point harness instead of just a lap belt. We’ve been using everyday for about a month and have no trouble with jerky movements or it being unsteady. Baby loves the hanging stars. The bouncer seat is very easy to remove and put back on. It is lightweight and easy to carry baby and chair to the other room. Frees up our hands to eat/make dinner, do laundry, etc. The tilt of the seat is easy to change with the buttons on either side. The seat vibrates with batteries and the swing operates with power cord so you aren’t spending a ton of money on batteries or worrying about them running out of juice. The only thing I’d say is a con is the sounds/music don’t cycle through, it stays on the same song or sound until you change it by hitting the button. Will update review if anything changes over time.

Once upon a time a swing and a bouncer meant having two separate pieces of baby furniture. Features and functions were limited, as was mobility. I like how GRACO has combined the top two baby must-haves into one space-saving unit. The Sway2Me is rich with features that soothe and entertain babies and can safely and easily be moved, as desired. Assembly was super easy, and the assembled unit is solid and stable. Quality-wise, you can’t do better than a GRACO; this company has a well-established history of top-quality, safe baby products. Interestingly, competitive offerings boasting comparable features (that may or may not pan out) are priced much higher than the Sway2Me swing/bouncer. To me, this Sway2Me is seriously good value for money.

Our 5 month old granddaughter likes this swing. Falls asleep in it. It’s quiet, takes up little space and we like how we can switch the direction of the swing by simply turning the seat. The straps to secure baby with are not easy or quick to buckle. Wish they were easier to use!

Pretty cool swing. The fact that this can swing itself or be used as a bouncer is helpful and a long cry from my time as a baby. No more tired arms from rocking unless you personally enjoy the closeness of having your baby in your arms. It didn’t take long at all to assemble and it’s pretty well constructed.
