The girl that does my hair uses this blow dryer. So I decided to buy it. It is a great dyer. I’m able to use a lower setting, which is better for my hair. It’s lightweight and blows effectively. Love it.

I never knew there was such a difference in hair dryers!! I always bought walmart/drug store dryers. Hated to spend this much money on a dryer I thought would be exactly the same as them. When I got this and turned it on–before ever putting it to my hair–I could feel the difference in the power and the way it ran in my hand!! It was wild! I even made my husband hold my old one and then this one and he could “feel” the difference!! It’s a powerful machine!!! Just different. I love it! Definitely cut my drying time in half. I have long thick naturally curly hair that is frizzy of course. With this dryer almost all frizz is gone. For a long time I’ve tried to get my hair to feel like it does when I leave the salon. I could use the same products, etc. and it wouldn’t. When my last dryer started failing, I thought that’s the only thing I haven’t tried yet. I have a babyliss flat iron that changed my world with straightening. So I read the reviews and I took a chance to see if this would do the same. It certainly has! It’s the same brand my stylist uses but different model. It’s wonderful! I’ve always had to look for a specific dryer that will dry my hair fast enough to help straighten it so I can have less use of the flat iron. And on every dryer I always have had to use the high setting. With this dryer high is almost too much! And i never thought those words would ever come out of my mouth! I can straighten my hair on low with this dryer! It has different heat settings. I’ve never used the high heat. Low heat is enough for me and a new that i like. And I can even use the cold only to dry it straight or curly! Although I find a little heat works best on my curls. I also have to say that in the past if I’ve dried my hair curly, i have BIG hair for at least the first day. BIG BIG! It was normally day 2 before it looked “decent” and natural. Now i can dry my hair curly and I get amazing new tight natural curl without the poof!!! It looks great all days. It seems to help lock in the style also. Locks in the curls for several days. And it locks in a straight style for a few days also. Definitely helps to reduce the use of my flat iron. When I dry it straight it is almost all straight immediately. I just use my flat iron to smooth a little more and piece together. And my hair is super soft either way!!! It may not be quite salon smooth but it’s darn close!! Feels healthier and probably is without the extra heat from dryer and flat iron. I LOVE it! I took a gamble and I won! So if you’re looking for something different but don’t think higher dollar dryers are worth it, give this a go! I never knew the difference it would make with this mop!!

Dries hair faster than my previous hair dryer. My previous one was the ‘croc’ brand. The Croc hairdryer was around $150 and lasted 3 years exactly before the motor burned up one morning while using it. Had a 2 year warranty so I was out of luck.
This BaBylissPRO hair dryer has the removable vent in the back so you can clean out dust and hair which seems to gather in there. And this makes all the difference to the motor getting proper ventilation. The cord is long and has the safety buttons on the plug. And dryer comes with a few different attachment ends, and a diffuser. And has a good warranty.
Took a chance ordering online without seeing it but am very happy with it! I got the blue one.
Update April 2020: Now been about 4 1/2 years and the hair dryer is still going strong! It is a winner!

I used a Conair pro hairdryer for about six years, and it was so powerful and I never had any issues. But it is slowly dying. I have purchased two hairdryers from Conair of Amazon, and they had hardly any power to them so they got returned. So I purchased this hairdryer that is supposed to have more power, it does and I like it and it’s not heavy however, right off the bat, it smells like something is burning. I did contact the company and they said to just keep using it that the smell should go away. I am hoping this is correct information and my hair does not catch on fire . Lol

So it’s been tow months since this purchase, and so far so good. I am always hesitant writing reviews for beauty appliances soon after purchase because of the risk of them failing, breaking, burning up. It’s been a couple of months and like I said, it’s working well. For now it seems to be worth the cost.
It dries really well without damaging my hair. I MUST be able to set my hair dryer with having to hold my finger down on the cold burst. I can set this to cold and leave it to cold. An imperative for me. Easy to wipe clean the back filter with a baby wipe.
If anything happens to this dryer in the future, I will update my review. It’s a keeper! Fingers crossed!

They aren’t kidding! Professional hair dryers are different. My hair looks naturally straight when I use this. I used to use a 20$ dryer and straighten my hair and it never looked this good. It miraculously gives the shine of virgin hair to damaged hair. I just hope it lasts at least 5 years.

I’m a lic3nsed cosmetologist and I use this blow dryer multiple times in the salon. Out of all the dryers I’ve tried, this is the best. Dries fast, gets hot but not TOO hot, multiple functions, lightweight, and not too loud. I would purchase again and recommend to others.
