M. F. Crowl –
This is the sort of book you skip through at speed because you want to get an overview of the process. And then go back to the beginning in order to actually do the self-publishing.
Only when you go to the first link given by Worstell, you find the following note when you try to join up: “We are not accepting new sign-ups at this time. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We’ll be back soon.” I discovered today that this sign has been on there since about May 2015. So what’s taking Google so long? Who knows.
I know this isn’t Worstell’s fault – his book was published in 2014. Still it’s disappointing…
The book also has a number of typos. The Kindle version needs tidying up.
