Had no issues whatsoever. Good cost, fast shipping and easy installation. It worked right out of the gate and was compatible with the two other brands of RAM in the PC I installed it in.

Worked well. Nice product. Too bad my computer died after loading windows 8. My other hard drive was destroyed after loading windows 10. POS software.
Marc brown –
It was exactly what I needed for an upgrade for an old PC. It was recognized by the system and works fine. No complaints.
Amazon Customer –
Older PC parts are becoming rare and have been increasingly difficult to find. This RAM kit is great for older DDR3 motherboards.

Memory is compatible and works well. I installed a pair in old Gateway SX2800, and they work well with the existing memory.

Good product from Amazon. It really doubled the RAM of my system. The heavy softwares like Photoshop stopped hanging after I installed it. Working well for longer periods.

I am very greatful to have received this item! The only company that had this item available! Speeded up my old PC at first try after installing. Thank you!
Avinash Krishnamurthy –
I was skeptical about ordering this RAM at first but after reading the reviews here, I ordered two of it. After using them for a couple of hours straight, I must say that they are genuine Samsung RAMs which are working flawlessly.
PACKAGING:
I received the package from Amazon in one piece and inside were two RAM sticks with Samsung labels on them and they were both protected by what appears like their sealed original boxes but it is easier to fake the seals and the boxes. This is not of my concern as long as the products inside are original. They sure look as advertised here on Amazon.
COMPUTER POWER-UP:
Post installation of a new hardware on the motherboard, a single beep during POST is the single most sweetest sound there is for a computer builder and these RAMs, post installation, gave just that!
BIOS:
The first thing I did to see if the RAMs were detected on my Intel DH55TC motherboard with the existing Corsair 2×2 GB RAMs, after I installed them was to check if BIOS detected them correctly. BIOS showed the additional 2×2 GB – a total of 8 GB of RAM on my computer, thus confirming that they were detected correctly.
BOOTING to Windows 7:
The last thing I wanted to see was a blue screen error message (BSOD) while booting to Windows operating system with these RAMs. Windows loaded without a single glitch and I logged in to my user account successfully.
PERFORMANCE:
After breathing a sigh of relief that Windows worked normally with the new RAM sticks, the next step was to see if adding them increased the computer’s performance or if they were hampering it (happens in case of malfunctioning or incorrectly paired RAMs).
First, I opened the CPU-Z program on my computer to find out complete technical details of the RAM. Here is the technical information which is useful if you are pairing up the RAMs with existing ones on your computer:
Memory: 2 GB
Frequency: 666 MHz (maximum)
Latency: 9-9-9-24
Voltage: 1.5V maximum
Rank: Dual (offers better performance in some apps)
Entering and exiting from stand-by takes less time than before, so is restarting the computer.
Performance in applications:
I use Adobe Photoshop CS6 to work on the photos I click on my Canon 60D DSLR. Each image size crosses well over 8 MB in maximum JPEG quality. Here are a few changes I noticed when I used Photoshop this time.
– Images that previously took a few seconds to load opened in a second or two.
– Applying a filter, using some brushes to modify the images took forever with 4 GB of RAM but now that time is cut in half!
– Closing the app now takes less than 2 seconds and it took several seconds before the RAM upgrade.
GAME Performance:
Unfortunately, I uninstalled Call of Duty – Modern Warfare a few days ago because I finished playing it completely with only 4 GB of RAM and it was extremely frustrating every time I played it because of the time it took to load the game!
The only game I have right now is Carmageddon – Max Damage which loads up the maps atleast 20 seconds faster than before and there have been no hiccups or glitches in the game play so far (played it for over an hour). Exiting the game previously took long time but this time it did not take more than 3 seconds.
DOWNSIDE:
The only downside I can think of w.r.t to this RAM is, we cannot overclock this RAM because like all other RAMs in this segment, they are made for regular usage only (voltage bumping not possible). Other than that, there has been not a single problem with it so far.
I will update this review after checking the RAM’s stability for a few days.
CONCLUSION:
Buy it without confusion if you are looking for an entry level DDR3 2 GB RAM (1333 MHz) with 9-9-9-24 latency values.
NOTE:
I have received RAMs of different model numbers each (one is as advertised) but they both show the same technical details and are working as intended, so I have no complaints regarding this.

Works! But Dataram sent me wrong model number! Still works like a charm, purchased 2 sticks and upgraded all in one PC from 4 gbs to 8
