I use one at the office, and now I expensed one for working from home. I have two Full HD screens (1 HDMI, 1 DisplayPort), 1 keyboard & mouse USB dongle, 2 YubiKeys, and 1 headset connected to it. I’ve been using it successfully with my company’s MacBook Pro, and it also works fine with my personal Dell Vostro laptop. It’s easy to set up, well built, and works as designed. The only feature which doesn’t work for me is the click-to-suspend button at its top. And I find it a bit pricey, so if it wasn’t my company reimbursing me, I’d probably not buy it myself. But overall, I’d recommend this one. Not sure why people are rating it so badly…

UPDATE 2020-05-03: for some reason, the docking station I’ve bought for WFH presents display issues with Mac. Only one of the two external displays are detected in the OS, and the other mirrors its image. Issue doesn’t happen on a Dell laptop running Windows 10. I’m having to connect one of the displays directly to Mac to make it work. Thing is, HP itself doesn’t advertise this unit as compatible with Mac, so Amazon’s specs here are wrong. I’ve submitted feedback about it.

UPDATE 2020-05-16: resolved the display issue above by switching the HDMI to USB-C adapter which comes with this docking station by this one from Anker: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07THJGZ9Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Note that it must not be plugged to the DisplayPort-enabled USB-C port, or the issue will remain. Instead, you should plug it to the Thunderbolt USB-C port on the back. This setup doesn’t work for Windows (the display on the USB-C port won’t work), but hey, what I care about is my Mac. 🙂

Previously had a Dell docking station and it couldn’t handle 3 monitors. This dock is running an ultra wide in 4k and 2 1080p 22″ monitors with no issue.

Haven’t had time yet to use it much but all the ports I tried (display, usb3, Ethernet) all working as expected. Good seller.

The devices connected to this docking station randomly black out. These are 2 Dell monitors, a keyboard, and a mouse. I had to install a mechanical kill-switch under my desk to conveniently power-cycle the docking station to get all devices connected to it to communicate again. This issue happened with both HP and Dell laptops. Occasionally your monitor just goes black in the middle of working while you are typing and you have to power cycle the docking station to get the monitor back online. This happens randomly at no apparent time for no apparent reason. Same thing with the keyboard, you can be typing and occassionally for no apparent reason your keystrokes are not recognized and you have to power cycle the docking station.

Of course, instead of a device just working like intended like thousands of other devices in the IOT age, if you google for help you get a slew of advice about updating drivers on your computer. That doesn’t work. Curiously, I’ve used multiple Dell docking stations for months at a time (I’m a consultant so my clients frequently make me use their equipment) – the Dell docking stations never black out monitors or drop the keyboard. Ever. Even when connected to an HP laptop. HP – wtf is your problem?

Originally, I wrote a review expressing my disappointment with this dock. I’ve changed employers, changed HP laptops, and this thing works like a champ! I’ve even plugged my iPad Mini into it, and I can use it as a desktop.

I cannot emphasize enough my disappointment with this dock. I really was hopeful that it would work as advertised, but it doesn’t. I am using it with an HP tablet, if the tablet goes to sleep I have no idea if/when/how to restart the system. Restart sometimes works, sometimes a hard restart will work, right now as I write this, nothing is working.
My IT has done all of the updates, and still this dock is completely unreliable. Unfortunately I am past the 30 day return date.
