 You need to know what you’re buying. Do your research as it different in the way it works from go 3 and all previous ones. I have bought it knowing exactly of it’s limitations in a free frame mode and I’m delighted. Quality is great. But what makes the go series stand out is the size and mounting options. I have uploaded a short video of me paddling the loch with my daughter. Even though I angled the camera a click too low it still gives that first person perspective which is to cumbersome with regular action cams. This was just clipped to my hat. And it’s 4k. And app is phenomenal. The only improvement I’d like to see is transfer to my phone over the cable, yeah it’s fairly quick over the air but 4K files are not small by any means

Ich habe vor meinem diesjährigen Griechenland Urlaub auf YouTube ein Video gesehen, in dem jemand die Insta360 Go 3S empfohlen hat, und da ich aus diesem Urlaub endlich mal ein paar coole Erinnerungen mitbringen wollte, dachte ich mir wenn nicht jetzt, wann dann. Die ganzen Funktionen, das coole Zubehör und wie klein das Ding ist – das klang einfach perfekt für meine Urlaubspläne. Also hab ich sie mir direkt bestellt.
Im Urlaub hab ich die Go 3S dann direkt am ersten Tag ausprobiert. Beim Joggen am Strand oder bei unserer Wanderung durch die Berge war sie einfach unschlagbar. Durch die magnetische Halterung hatte ich immer die Hände frei, und die Aufnahmen sind trotzdem super geworden. Beim Schnorcheln konnte ich sie auch easy an meiner Taucherbrille befestigen (Ja, sie ist wasserdicht) und habe richtig coole Unterwasseraufnahmen gemacht – und das, ohne mir Sorgen zu machen, dass die Kamera zu schwer oder zu klobig ist.
Auch die Qualität ist echt richtig gut für die Größe. Man kann sie natürlich nicht mit einer professionellen Spiegelreflex vergleichen, aber das muss man auch gar nicht. Für Instagram und Facebook ist die Qualität perfekt!

I recently picked up a go 3s after seeing a few friends with them and hearing how much they liked it.
I’ve attached a few pics above of how it looks straight out the box. It has a bunch of neat accessories already in there which makes shooting fun videos with different views really easy, without having to buy more bits.
My favorite is the magnet necklace, which you can put behind your shirt, then you can stick the camera on it (take the small camera out of the case first), and you have a great chest view shot, which is hands free.
I’ve been getting a lot of use out of this camera during summer holidays with my family, as its so small and easy to put on the kids, or even my cat which is pretty awesome.
In summary, I find it’s great for days out and vacations, super light, easy to use, and it’s size means I can put it literally anywhere for really sweet shots.
Looking forward to play about with it more to figure out even more ways of using it. Would recommend!

 I’ve had the previous 3 Go cameras and this one is my favorite (obviously) now. I have the 128 GB version in black and the 4K footage is pretty good. Slow motion footage is good too.

Igual que otro comentario que leÃ, hice el pedido con mis reservas debido a los comentarios de la publicación, pero rodó llegó excelente trae más accesorios qué si se compra directamente en la página de Insta360. Todo sellado y nuevo. La cámara graba en excelente definición, únicamente hay que tomar en cuenta que si se usa únicamente el bullet la baterÃa no dura mucho, pero es obvio por el tamaño de la misma.

As a videographer, I’ve been using the Insta360 X4 for video production and have always been impressed with its capabilities. Recently, I add the GO 3S to my gear as a B-cam, and it has quickly become part of my setup. The compact size and lightweight design of the GO 3S make it incredibly convenient for capturing POV and on-the-go moments that would be cumbersome with a larger camera. Despite its small stature, the GO 3S delivers impressive 4K video quality that complements my other camera footage.
The tiny camera shines with its AI editing software, it is a huge time-saver. As someone who spends a lot of time in post-production, the insta360 editing features are a game-changer for quick social media sharing. The APP can pick out the highlights and stitches them together, making it easy to create content without spending hours in front of the computer. I only have had this camera for less than 2 weeks and I am not regretting this purchase one bit. I thought I was not going to be able to get used to Insta 360’s application in relation to the camera. But just after a few uses, I am really enjoying the GO 3s. I am no vlogger or anything but this camera fits my needs. The size of the camera is what I was looking for. Small enough to put away when not in use. And just the right size and not obtrusive. Video quality is great but not exceptional. But it is what to be expected for these kind of camera for its price point. But also, at this price point I am very surprise of the number of features Insta GO has to offer! The amount of tutorial Insta has available in the application will unleash your inner creative artist. The AI editing is a nice touch. I am used to the traditional video and photo editing but the app’s AI really works wonders and very useful when you need to post your content to your social medias. I am not sure yet of the durabilty of the camera and battery life. Will write a follow-up review but so far, everything’s to my liking with this GO 3s.

 So I purchased this a month ago and have had a lot of fun with it. This was my first experience with action cameras and I think this was performed great. The tiny camera shoots in 4K for about a half hour by itself and even longer with the docking pod that works as a camera charging station, a control hub, and camera viewing screen. The accessories that it comes with are the charge cable, unscrew-able lens guard, magnet pendant and hat clip that allows POV (Point Of View) chest and cap mounting, and a magnetic (and metal safety clasp) pivot stand with a reusable adhesive base that you can [temporarily] stick to surfaces. Video quality is great with the resolution going up to 4K at 30 FPS (Frames Per Second). But I noticed this tiny camera gets pretty hot while filming, and it does not last for very long without a charge. Other cons I noticed is that it doesn’t sound good in the wind, as there is a lot of wind noise (even with a wind muffler), and the low light visibility is not that great but honestly I don’t fault it for that because of what it is and what it can do. So what can it do? Well, the biggest pros I can think of off the top of my head are that it can fit in small spaces and the camera itself is waterproof. This leaves millions of opportunities for new ideas with access to new places to film from, like taking weird camera shots to improve creative content. The docking pod is not waterproof, but no biggie; I don’t always need to use the docking pod when filming with the camera anyway, especially since I don’t intend to swim with it. Besides, there are other cameras better designed for underwater usage. In conclusion, this goes above and beyond what I originally thought I needed it for. The accessories allow fantastic flexibility in usage, and improved performance with the Go 3S. They enable it to be more than just a camera, but an experience with limitless opportunities abound. Sure it may not have a big sensor for good low light visibility or perform better than any of the flagship cameras to any standard, but I do not expect it to. I like it because of its size and what it does for me. Together with the ability to create new and interesting content and not to mention the user-friendly editing app, I am expressly satisfied and feel encouraged to explore with my Go 3S. What’s more is that I fully intend to get more Insta360 accessories and to seek out their future product releases. This was my first action camera experience and from it I can wholeheartedly recommend this product for photographers, content creators, vloggers, or any picture artists that are looking for something unique to tinker with.

This is a really cute camera, and the quality is pretty good overall for something so small. The video stabilization could be better, but I love all the magnetic attachments and how easy it is to get fun angles with them. My only real complaint is that the battery life isn’t conducive to how I originally wanted to use this camera, but after some workflow adjustments, I’ve really found a way to make it work for me!
The AI editing is a great concept that I’m really excited to see get better with time, I can really see this saving me a lot of effort in the long run.
