I dont want to post my personal photos but I am so tempted to show what this thing is capable of….. wow! I am just blown away. I purchased this to video myself while I do snowboarding — so that I can watch and correct my form etc. I took footages of myself with this and the outcome is incredible! I have some content I could generate easily with this to share with friends and all are blown away and asking if I own a drone!!
Its video quality is as if a drone is following me or around me while I snowboard and taking my video! I used its 360 mode, memode, etc. and it has simply impressed me!
the selfie stick is removed from all footage and it stitches the picture so well!
This is a must have for outdoor people. Going to a zoo, or to ski, or water activities, or even golfing…. you would love to have this!

THE SELLER: The third-party seller provided a faulty product, which is unusual considering their usual reputation for quality. However, I’m concerned about their business practices. I promptly initiated the return process upon my return from vacation through Amazon, a service I’ve subscribed to for 13 years via Amazon Prime that promises free returns. Unfortunately, the seller didn’t send a return label as promised with my Prime membership. Now, despite my efforts, they’re refusing the return because it’s been over 30 days. I plan to address this by sharing my experience with my PR team and also by sharing it on reviews and social media, where I’ve found others with similar issues.
THE PRODUCT: I am a professional product tester. I think we received a dud. This was my big 40th birthday present for a 12-day cruise. My engineer boyfriend and I watched videos to compare this camera to the Go Pro. And then more to learn how to use it. We researched all the best accessories and were quite excited to use it.
Unfortunately the lens caps took on water. The camera would get stuck repeatedly at :12 and not turn off until the battery was removed and the camera reset. The buttons are tough to push and there’s is a delay after you push them–similar to cameras back in 2012. The card often prompted an error, saying it didn’t record.

And Insta360 customer support sucks the frakn bag! Thier now ignoring me and now I’m stuck with an 860$ paper weight and 150$ of useless accessories!

I have a GoPRo, DJI Action and now the Insta360. All provide different perspectives, but the Insta360 is unique in what it allows one to do easily and effortlessly both in use and editing..
Great addition to the motorcycle camera collection!

I’m not very experienced with it.
Pros:
– Work well, easy to use and navigate.
– The software is great and there are a million tutorials on it.
– Seeing and controlling the camera through your phone is an amazing feature.
Cons:
– The battery life is hideous.
– I live in Florida, so the camera overheats VERY quickly. You can build shade around it, but then you can’t really use the 360 recording.

The camera itself is excellent, as everyone has mentioned in their reviews. However, what impressed me the most was the customer service provided by the seller. When I encountered an issue with the selfie stick, I requested another one at a discounted price. I explained that I had inadvertently caused the problem by using the selfie stick in a windy area with sand, which resulted in sand particles getting into the tiny crevices of the stick which made that selfie stick unusable. Without hesitation, the seller provided a replacement at no additional cost. I am highly satisfied with the customer service and would strongly recommend purchasing from this reliable seller who provides exceptional service.

I have been testing this camera for the last 3 weeks and it’s awesome.
Extremely good image stabilization as well as image quality.
You will need to use their proprietary software to frame the footage that you wish to export, and then take all those export and bring them in a regular editing software and stich them together, plus music, text and others.
Be prepare to have a learning curve on how to use and edit the footage.
No need to point the camera as this camera films everything.
I have it mounted on my Quad, motorcycles, and others.
Be prepare to come back home with a lot of Gigabyte’s.
You will need to choose a high capacity memory card .
IMPORTANT: You must buy a high speed memory card, otherwise the camera will complain.
I bought high speed Chineese knock off, and the camera is complaining about the memory card being too slow. You are better oof staying with a bran name such as Sandisk.

Plenty of people complain that the image quality on certain phones or other cameras is better. That’s true, but they’re probably not 360 cameras. This camera isn’t great because it offers the best possible image quality, it’s great because it’s super easy to use and has a ton of software and desktop editing support out of the box. If your goal is to record footage with the highest quality possible, and not use 360 features, you’re better off with another camera. That having been said, for a 360 camera, this one is excellent, and perfect for a novice. A WARNING TO POTENTIAL BUYERS: They shipped it as a “signature required” item through FedEx, and it was a total pain getting as a result. I had to send it to a drop off location, and they didn’t bother to check it in, so they had it for days and never notified me.
