    This book is such a game changer. It is so different from the typical health books you read. It’s intuitive, science backed and includes such simple and motivating steps to optimize your health, regain energy and live a life full of vitality. It’s so well written and is such a fast read. As you read the book you get excited to make the changes in your life. It’s the perfect balance between eastern practices and western medicine and you will learn things you would not have otherwise in your typical western health books. Unlike the next fad diet or app that I’ve tried too many times (and failed), it’s an evidence-based approach that combines the author’s experiences as a child growing up in India and working as an internist for over a decade at major NYC hospitals; it’s a beautiful blend of Eastern and Western medicine. I really enjoyed the chapter on circadian rhythms and optimal times for activities throughout the day. More of these kinds of books, please!
