Got this bad boy for working on some of the motorcycles I have. So far I have only used it on my 2000 ZRX-1100, I have spools on the rear swing arm and it lifted the back of the bike with very little effort and holds the tire about 2 inches or so off the floor. Easily high enough to remove the tire, change brake pads, change oil, whatever. Very stable, seems well made and fit together without any issues. The information from the manufacturer says it will lift front or back of most bikes, and the unit comes with C-style spool lifts and square lift blocks. Lifting the rear was not an issue, but no matter how you try, it will not lift the front, just not tall enough. It may lift other bikes from the front, but not mine.

I got this stand for use with my 2023 Honda Rebel 500. It is a single stand (not two “stands”) that comes with L-shaped rubber-lined lift brackets for under the swingarm and C-style lift brackets for swingarm spools or front forks. It was easy to assemble, seems plenty solid, and works very well, now that I have corrected a minor issue (my fault) that other reviewers have mentioned and should be aware of.

When I first lifted the rear wheel, the lifting arms skewed to the left and the bike was not quite vertical. The rear tire was still in contact with the floor, and the bike seemed unstable. This happened, not because of a design flaw in the stand itself, but because I had lifted the bike while it was on the side stand (leaning to the left). The solution is to have the bike as vertical as possible before lifting it. I did this by placing a piece of 2×4 under the side stand, but having a friend help would probably be safer, especially if you have a heavier bike. Once I did that I was able to lift the bike very easily.

I have not used it to lift the front wheel, so I can’t comment on that.

Another thing to be aware of: depending on your exhaust setup, you may need to remove your muffler(s) in order to lift the rear of the bike because there could be an interference issue with the stand. On my Rebel this only requires the removal of one bolt and a clamp, but it’s still a bit of a pain if you’re just doing chain maintenance. There are upswept (or shorter) aftermarket mufflers that wouldn’t interfere with the stand.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the distance between the lifting arms is actually 14.5”, not 12.6″ as shown in the pictures, so check your particular bike to make sure it will fit. The 12.6” dimension is actually the height from the floor to the center of the lift bracket post, which only gets my rear tire (150/80-16) about 1/2” or so off the floor.

Overall I find it to be a very good stand for the money, and I would recommend it as long as it fits your bike and you use it properly.

The Jack Boss Motorcycle Stand Front and Rear Combo Wheel Lift Stands, 500Lbs Capacity,Swing arm Spool Paddock Stands for Sport Bike,Fit for Yamaha Honda Kawasaki.. RED.

Fits a 2024 Ninja 500 perfectly, even out in the grass, very very sturdy and very easy to put together, 2 bolts and lock nuts, 2 U and L shaped pads, also 2 stand base pads, and 4 wheels which was already installed..

Lifted bike like it weighted nothing.. Note it would be a good idea to chock front wheel or lock front brake before lifting rear, and chocking or keeping rear in gear when lifting front, especially if on incline, and make sure when adjusting pad length, do not tighten the locking knobs too tight, they just need to be lightly snogged up, no need whatsoever to crank them down super tight, else its likely the tack welded nuts will break loose.. And i would not recommend sitting on the bike while its up on stand!!!

Would 110% recommend or buy again, but i doubt ill ever need to buy another for this bike!

Side note they must have upgraded the jack boss, because why there would be any negative reviews on this, i can not understand! Unless its just user error!

    Thanks Jack Boss..
