All i can tell you is this thing is super easy to use. App is very user friendly. Prints are clear. Works flawlessly and glitch free. I’m very glad I came across these printers and made this purchase. No more paying $1 a print for my shipping labels. As for how it holds up long term, I can’t say as I’ve only had for couple days. But, seems to be of good quality, not some cheap piece of garbage. I recommend this 10/10

I send a lot of packages and this has been a lifesaver. It’s easy to assemble, it takes a literal second to print, and the paper quality is good. There ARE some print issues where it cuts off or it’s a little crooked but nothing a reprint can’t fix. WELL worth the price if you own a little business.

Ich hatte vor einem Jahr bereits einen anderen Labeldrucker, mit nahezu identischen Abmessung. Allerdings war die Einrichtung von diesem hier bedeutend leichter. Alles wurde bereits mitgeliefert (Handbuch, goldener USB-Stick mit den Treibern, sämtliche Kabel und eine Anleitung für die Handy-App). Auf dem Stick befand sich auch ein Video für die Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung. Wirklich genialer Service. Darüber hinaus lief die Einrichtung wirklich sehr simpel ab, alles funktionierte auf Anhieb, selbst auf dem Handy. Jederzeit wieder. Ganz klare Empfehlung für dieses Produkt.

I got this to ship labels via ebay mainly using my android smartphone, before when i made a sale i would purchase label – then print to my ink jet printer via wifi, so thought this would work the same only via Bluetooth, but i realised it wanted to only print to file which was annoying, but found out what you need to do is –
Don’t click on print label, instead click on save, then when menu pops up select jadens printer and it will go straight to the app with your label ready for you to print,
I would imagine this would be the case with other sites too.
It has a card inside saying to download a generic app called shipping printer but i saw the app called jadens printer and decided to install instead, very easy to setup via Bluetooth.
Comes with everything you need to get going, some paper, paper stand and usb installation files for windows and mac. Prints very quickly and in the app you can modify your settings like if you thought the print was to light you can darken it or speed up the label printing if you require.
Great printer, small, compact, quick,quite and suits my needs, can recommend.

So far working as advertised. Wish I had known it came with a label stand that supports rolls or fan type, that was a nice surprise.
Set up was about 2 steps more complicated than setting up a new printer but everything worked pretty smoothly. Easy enough that I feel confident my 80 y/o father won’t have any issue setting his up when I send him one. The printer came with a standard USB cable, a USB-C adapter for said cable, power cord, label stand. Some labels. And all the software loaded on a thumb stick.
The App (pictured) is not sexy and is very basic. That being said it works as intended, was able to send labels through.
Now that I’ve used this I do wish there was some native software to easily adjust labels either on the app or on the desktop. Some labels come as a full size piece of paper with half being a packing list and the other half a label. You can crop the labels in the app and that works OK. Pictured above is a full sized sheet of paper that the printer natively shrunk to 4X6. It again came out OK, I do wish there was a way to adjust font size for packing slips natively but if I end up caring enough to do so I’ll find software to do it. Looking closely you are still able to read the fine print which is good enough. Also I had to adjust the settings every time to get the best output and the app didn’t save them which is annoying and extra button pushes.
Connection is Bluetooth through phone and computer OR wired through computer.
For the price, All in all, so far I would recommend!
UPDATE:
The company put out a new app shopping printer pro. I am now able to send directly from Etsy to the printing software. The automatic upsizing option still does not work; however, now 1 button crops to size, the app saves your user settings (I had to adjust x and y by 1 mm). The new app even allows me to build and save my own labels if medium complexity (such as generating QR codes). The new app cleared up almost every gripe I had and the labels even seem to look better. Absolutely would recommend now!

I have a Dymo 4XL Label Printer and absolutely love it. 10 years and its still going strong. BUT… more and more I’m finding I need to print customer labels on the go. So I set out on a mission to find a printer that worked wirelessly and came across this gem.
My initial impressions:
1 – fast shipping. I ordered and received this and labels in the same day. Perfect.
2 – easy. the instructions are clear and I was up and printing labels in less than 10 minutes
3 – print quality. My Dymo produces crisp and clear labels. It also cost me over $400. For $100 this does pretty good. On a scale of 1 to 10 for print quality, I’d give it a 6 or 7. It’s not crisp, but it gets the job done. I print UPS and USPS labels directly from my Shopify store and both print well. I have not had to deal with the other feature where you import a file and crop it and print it. Reading the other reviews, that feature does not seem to work well. Hopefully that won’t be a bridge I have to cross.
How it Works:
It’s not true wireless or bluetooth printing. You have to download an app (albeit a very basic one). When you go into Shopify and tell it you want to print a label, it opens open the “file sharing” dialog (I have an iPhone). It then gives you options to send the file to the printer app, or airdrop, send to email, etc. You pick the printer app which then opens that app. From there you have to choose 4 x 6 labels, and then review the printer settings. Then you click print and it goes.
Ideally, I’d like to be able to choose the printer from within the shopify app like a normal person, but the extra steps go quick. To make it go a few seconds faster, I adjusted the settings on my phone to show the printer app among my top 4 choices for printing so I don’t have to keep hunting and scrolling for it.
So far so good. My other choice was a Brother QL1110. It’s out of stock just about everywhere and those that do have it in stock are charging twice the normal listed price ($400) ugh. I’ll update my review if this little guy fails me, but fingers crossed, I won’t have to.

I bought this for my reselling business. I use it every day. It works well. Easy to set up with the USB cord to phone. I had trouble setting it up with my laptop that’s why I use my phone with USB cord. It prints out good. I had to turn up the printing darkness all the way up to 15. Sometimes the printing quality isn’t good like some of the print will skip. Sometimes I will have to reprint the label. It doesn’t work through Pirate Ship. And through USPS website I had trouble printing the proper size, but I finally got it after wasting about 6 labels. But, It’s a good printer for now. I will upgrade at a later time.

I sell things online on my spare time, maybe 30 items a month. I would have to use my own printer/ink/paper, cut then tape label. After doing my research and comparing other models, I bought this for Christmas. What a time saver! After downloading the Jaden printer app, you can print straight from selling apps or phone. You need to turn on Bluetooth AND location for this to work. I have used this to print shipping labels as well as 2×2 stickers. The machine auto adjusts your labels. No ink cartridges required. I have for sure saved a lot of money on supplies but buying this machine. No ink smears on the paper either. You can stick that label on as soon as it comes out of printer. This only prints in black and white. The Jaden app allows you to create your own label, just type in your info and press print. The machine size is very portable and I printed stickers and labels during my lunch time at work.
