Sustituà una pantalla Pioneer AVH-X4700BS por esta unidad y el cambio de la calidad de sonido es muy notable. Es un sonido más cálido y llena mejor los espacios del sedán mediano que uso. Reproduce música en formato FLAC de manera impecable… Muy buena unidad.

Seems like several times I went with a new pioneer around this price range. And everytime after a couple months I ended up going back to Kenwood, especially this exceleon. Just got rid of the pioneer mvh s622bs. Pretty new, it cranks, it has awesome sound quality like the others I’ve had. Until I go back to Kenwood…every single time.
Sound quality is night and day difference to me from pioneer. Of course my door speakers are amped but that amped sound it’s putting out from this head unit is absolutely amazing. Was about to try different door speakers. Not now.
Played with it for a couple hours. Buy this before you buy pioneer in this price range. It has plenty of voltage to the pre outs for any amplifier as well.

Amazing deal for the price. Installed easily. Sounds clear without distorting at higher sound levels. Wired to a 1500w amp with 6×9 4ways and a 15 pioneer subwoofer. Clean and thumps. Has the option to turn off bass to speakers and just have the subwoofer do all the lows. Not alot of useless options on the radio so perfect for me for just needing it to do the basics. Reads my usb with all my music or i can Bluetooth it (does quiet down the audio just a little) able to change the color on the screen. Buttons are simple. Overall happy with this radio.

Great sound quality and equalization options. I put a DPX305MBT in a previous vehicle and also loved that one. I installed mine in a 2006 4Runner SR5. My install was pretty simple. The stereo worked perfectly out of the box. Love Kenwood stuff and will definitely recommend their products to others. Simple, straightforward and functional. Physical volume knob is also a win. It’s got more features than I’ll use, but the ones I do use, work well.

VenÃa siempre de utilizar marca Alpine buscando buena calidad de sonido, y ahora decidà darle la oportunidad a Kenwood principalmente por cubrir un hueco de doble din, y ahora que lo uso afirmo que está unidad no decepciona en nada, comenzando por la estética que es bastante agradable, además de un sin número de funciones y configuraciones que aún no termino de explorar, y es que ofrece una excelente calidad de audio, por lo que no he tenido la necesidad de hacer demasiados ajustes.

Muy buen sonido, con 5v en el pre, bastante bien si no quieres multimedia, este equipo se basa en calidad de música. No de multimedia. Recomiendo este modelo Excelon x encima de los demás modelos de Kenwood.

There are an immense amount of features to fiddle with. Lots of colors to choose from if that is your thing, bright as well. Many many audio customization options. Note: if you are using this for a full audio system with amplifiers, you should not customize the amplifier settings, and then further customize the same sound settings. (Specifically bass, hpf and lpf) Frequency blending problems.
